I was supposed to be happy that she wasn't here anymore and be happy, but what exactly was this sadness I felt within me? A hand wrapped themselves around my shoulders, moving gently toward the car. “You should have a seat, I bet you wouldn't want to look at the content while standing” He had a point in what he had just said. My eyes swept through the content with a hand clasping around my mouth when I heard the name. I turned simultaneously at the same time that Richard had, and we stared hard at each other. “Was I wrong?” “ No, you weren't” My stomach tightened and all I wanted to do was puke. I held myself still while forcing myself to listen to the recording that elaborated on how Ariana

Instantly, her body turned into dust blowing away in a silent wind. Darius, who was stunned, let go of the handful of dust. He turned his attention back to Dalian, who was now completely still, his body pale and cold, but no longer bound by the magical rope, because the magic creator was no more. Aria lay on the ground, a pool of blood growing around her. Dalian was dying. The pain from the mate bond was too much. As Aria's life slowly bled out, so did his.

Silence fell over me for a moment. I felt my throat tighten, but I forced myself to answer. “Aria is not here,” I said quietly. His brows furrowed slightly. “She was killed.” Vaelor’s eyes widened in shock. “Killed? By who?” I shook my head slowly, frustration creeping into my chest. “It’s… complicated. But her body was killed by Aiden.” A ripple of murmurs spread among the council guards. “But Aiden wasn’t in control,” I continued. “Something else possessed him.”

What if she is dead? "She could be," Alice answered sharply. "She can't even protect herself." I and Damian engaged in a heated conversation after he told me that Arya was the only person to rescue Luna Isabella. "If she was dead, the witches could have said so, and I feel... A blue flame erupted around her and her gaze fell on Hazel, she forced her to come closer to her, Hazel tried to fight back with her magic but Ariana grabbed her hands stopping them from moving. “Is Axel my son?” She asked and Claire immediately shouted “Yes”. Ariana became stable and set them free, Hazel cast a glance at Claire but she didn’t mind, she had to save hersel

"Come on, you don't actually think I'm stupid enough to believe that. You are incapable of love, Davina and when you couldn't make me your tool, you ran off to Albus." Iran paused this time and I immediately knew what he was going to say next. "I wonder who you're going to cling to now that Albus has been gutted out and pinned against his own wall." Davina let out a shocked gasp. The atmosphere suddenly went sharp and I felt daggers piercing my chest as I shot disbelieving eyes at Iran. He just broke Albus' death in the most inhumane way! "What did you say?" Davina asked when she finally found her voice.

“Can you imagine? A whole Lycan, tricked by a she-wolf. By the time I realized what was happening…” He couldn’t finish. His voice just trailed off. I sat there listening, watching him. I thought I’d be angry, but I wasn’t. Not until he said the next thing. “Ariana is dead.” My body froze. My hand slipped from his, and I shifted back a little without even realizing it. He saw my reaction right away. “No,” he said quickly. “I didn’t kill her.” I let out a breath of relief I didn’t even know I was holding. I looked at him, waiting for him to go on.

I stayed silent too long. Fear slowly entered her expression. “Damian…” My jaw tightened painfully. “Lucan is dead.” Everything around us seemed to stop. Ariana stared at me silently. “No…” The word barely came out. The reality slowly settled into her face. Lucan was truly gone. Tears filled her eyes instantly.

"Do you want me to wait for you to reload? You don't have it in you to kill me." "Who are you?" Moby panicked. "How are you this good?" Aria smiled. "This is only the beginning.
