He picks me up bridal style. "Dante put me down now." I say. He didn't listen. Instead he goes straight to the elevator. He puts me down in the parking after lots of protests. He was about to open the door of his car for me but I turn around and decide to leave. I take a step but I felt my head spinning. Took me a second to pass out. Hello readers... Thank you a lot for following this story until this chapter. After some consideration, I decide to split the previous chapters to make the word count more ideal and the reader can read each chapter with cheaper cost. If you already read the story until CHAPTER 66, Please Kindly note that the Original CHAPTER 67 will be updated as CHAPTER 129. Just go straight to chapter 129 so you don't need to double pay chapters with the same section. Regarding the previous uploaded chapter, it might still the same as the original version before the splitting until my editor review this book. Thank you for your attention. Updated at : 03/05/2026

I’m personally a reader too and when the book is too expensive, it frustrates me to the very end… Lol… enough of my rants. Please leave your thoughts!!

Hey guys, We are a few chapters away from completion. And as much as I wanted to make the story longer by adding additional twists and turns, it's already longer than planned. It was initially a 75-ish chapter, but I later realized that some details would be abruptly cut, hence the extension.

It’s like every time I had some time to think, my mind would go to how we kissed, and it would make me want it more. He’s talking to Ariana by the pool now, and she has her hand on his harm. She’s been laughing since she arrived, and Matteo is not that funny. ---- I am currently working on finishing the first act, aka this book; Awakening. It has 17 chapters (around 7-8 parts on Goodnovel). Let me know what you think! The next chapter on here should be up by Tuesday, April 25th. I am trying to finish the story by the end of the month :)
