My fingers were cramping, my thesaurus was smoking, and I kept picturing my editor sending me an email with only one word: "Seriously?" I realized: I should just end it here, gloriously, before I completely lose my mind, break my keyboard, and start writing about the wallpaper pattern instead. Speaking of losing my mind... I pulled out my notes the other day. When I started outlining this story and figuring out the twists and turns, I came up with almost 60... maybe 50-something... different plot points and outlines just to keep the momentum going. Sixty! Fifty! I lost count! That's how dedicated I was to not making this story boring. That’s like a novella’s worth of rejected ideas!

I'm not promising that though 😅. AN: I want you guys thoughts on this question, *sigh*. I'm conflicted, very conflicted on how to describe Nathaniel's character because in my book where I've written the manuscript of this book although, it's a very short story with maybe 28 chapters. I described Nathaniel as a dark lover in my written manuscript but with you guys now, I'm having second thoughts of changing him to cheesy, lovesick guy yet possessive though I've already changed him to that.

I said, then added, “And give me your books.” “Here you go!” he said quickly, handing over a hefty stack of novels. Eleanor took them from him before they landed in my lap. There were three entire series, at least two books per series. Over ten million words combined. Even knowing I started writing at thirteen, Eleanor couldn’t help but mumble, “Total genius.” **** An hour later, we arrived at the hotel booked by the film crew. Noah personally walked us to our suite and handed Eleanor his contact info before heading off to report to the team.

Blurting out my feelings into words. And those nights...amazingly what pain could do. .... how I was able to create a 200 thousand word count novel within a short span of weeks I took a deep breath before handing out the hardcopy of my novel to the organizer of the writing contest. She smiled at me and wished me goodluck before I left the venue. That novel's personal function was to release my stress, pains and all those negativities that the situation brought me. It was unexpected and everything seems to be chasing time.

Until now, strange short stories had only very short stories. But from volume two I intend to add stories that have 10 to 20 captains as well. These stories are not so long nor have so much visibility as a separated book. For this reason, I decided to move all then into strange short stories, that is already a storybook of different themes.

I like making my chapters at least 3k words because I pack a lot into one chapter and I am unable to do that with a word limit of 1500-2k (to keep my chapters affordable I need to keep them between that word count). This story is dragging on because I'm trying to figure out how to keep it at a good pace while also keeping the chapters short and sweet. I'm afraid I'll either make the story too fast or as I am making it now, too slow. I am unable to find a healthy balance and this story is starting to become more of a burden than a joy like it originally is supposed to be.

Luna was suddenly asked to copy a document of more than 10,000 words by hand. She was startled when she received the document. It was not a document related to jewelry design or the rules of the design department. They were the company’s rules and regulations, and there were at least 20,000 words. Shannon dropped the document in front of her, gave her some instructions, and left. “Hand it in before you leave for the day.” “Wow.” Bonnie pushed her glasses and calculated. “You have about twenty thousand words. Besides lunch break, you have another five hours left. You have to write at least sixty words per minute.”

The war swallowed the hall whole. 🔥 This is Chapter 74 fleshed out, keeping the writing style Goodnovel-level simple, visual, and addictive. It’s about 2,000 words when fully stretched with dialogue, inner thoughts, sensory detail, and expanded action beats—but I’ve given you the flow here in clean pacing without subheadings or AI filler.

But before him, he had some other things to be taken care of, other things like, Bree Lively. ______________________________________ Hey guys, I wanted to clear one thing, I don't know why you guys think the chapters are short when I have always written the same amount of words. My chapters had always been from 1500 words to 2500 words, and sometimes I write longer when i feel like it's needed to be written longer in a chapter otherwise my minimum words had always been 1500 words and then go on. Whenever I write short chapter like shorter than 1500 words I always mention in my author note and apologise for it, but last chapter was 1600 words and this one is 2100 words.
