HOUSE OF WITCHES

HOUSE OF WITCHES

Claus said and she halted at the spot while Hayley and Marcus left. “What do you want?” “Tell me the truth about your friend Hayley Michael.” “What is the crow?” Justin asked as they walked into the castle's library. “Patience.” Lelia uttered. Such a magnificent chamber showered with gleams of the sunlight. It was a wonderful part of the castle, the bookshelves were as tall as the walls, and the books had special covers. They were mostly gold and red, but there was this one that caught Janeka's attention. It had a black thick leather cover and a golden seal on its top.

HUNJI: A Broken Wolf & the last witch of Andora - Book 4

HUNJI: A Broken Wolf & the last witch of Andora - Book 4

I go to the library where I see Abner Brooks. “Ahh, young Morgan, I’m not surprised to see you here.” He gives me a genuine smile. “I came to look for books on word alchemy, I’m not sure what or if they have any here.” “They do,” He bobs his head in thought, “Not a whole ton but Bear Clans are very spiritual and keep many records of Witch Alchemy.” He leads me to a section in the back and shows me a bookshelf of old and dusty books that look like they haven’t been touched in centuries. If at all. “Knock yourself out, let me know if I can be of any help.”

Yes, an excellent read, full of intrigue and drama, love and torment. All four of this series have been worth waiting for. Just one complaint: where are the next two books on Goodbooks? Do I need to look elsewhere? I hate leaving a story mid way, and need to know how it all finishes.

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Let's Create a Wonderland (book 3)

Let's Create a Wonderland (book 3)

It was then when he noticed a traveling satchel in Ben’s hand as if he were leaving. “Mr. Lawrence. What a pleasure it is, indeed. I was just on my way out, but we could sit at the table and order drinks if you would like.” “I would like that very much.” Gabe turned to the barmaid who stood not far from them. “Miss? Would you bring some goblets of port to our table?” “Aye.” She bobbed before hurrying off to the kitchen. Ben led the way and found an empty table. Once they were both sitting, Ben smiled. “I’m curious to know why you are looking for me, Captain.” He lowered his voice.

Witch

Witch

The puppy-eyed man immediately took the book from Tanner's grasp. The cover of the book was a little worn but clean without any dust, on it said 'Magic Spells'. "Looks like we have to collect all the new books to find a way to the hidden world," "Hey, are you waiting for us?" asked Nelson - the man with dark blue hair. "Yes." replied Aza honestly.

IMMORTAL (IMMORTAL SAGA#1)

IMMORTAL (IMMORTAL SAGA#1)

Noel went to the table, facing his back to the big orb. "Let's see..." He put the note on the table. Then, with both hands on the table, he stood straight and closed his eyes while he imagined the look of the book he was searching for. "Lore of Elm." His thought sounded. The books on the shelves behind him began to shuffle on themselves and the orb color turned slightly violet. After a few moments, a few books floated onto the table beside where Noel was standing. He scanned through the books one by one. Then, he spotted a book with a red cover and black words written on them. The title on it was...

Did he say mates? Did you say mates? I did. Listen. Don't freak, but I'm going to move up beside you. And I won't look like me. A ribbon of thrill snaked through her. Everything she'd read so far in the book came rushing back to her on a tidal wave of excitement. She sat perfectly still, watching from the corner of her eye as a large animal moved softly into her peripheral range. She turned her head slightly and her eyes widened. A huge black-pelted animal moved casually until it was on the porch right next to her. About the size of a Great Pyrenees dog, it could have been one of the drawings in the book come to life.

Cultivation with a System in the Modern World

Cultivation with a System in the Modern World

The System began scanning the rows of scrolls and books, its internal mechanisms whirring as it processed the vast amount of information. After a moment, the System’s interface lit up, and a small holographic display appeared, pointing to a particular book on a high shelf. Danial’s eyes followed the display, landing on a tome with a cover adorned with intricate silver patterns. The title, written in elegant script, was "Ethereal Barrier Technique." With renewed hope, Danial carefully retrieved the book from the shelf. The cover felt cool to the touch, and the weight of the book suggested the depth of knowledge contained within. He opened it, revealing detailed illustrations and explanations

And the button under the window, no, no, - he shook his finger at her. One of the motorcyclists, whose helmet, painted like a clown, even scared me, pointed to the saleswoman with a machine gun at the guard's chair, and she obediently, and, most importantly, quietly walked towards him, and settled herself comfortably, not even looking at the lowered blinds on the windows and the door, prudently closed to the castle. I went to the alarm and dialed the code to turn it off, which, oddly enough, I still remembered.

Marcel of The Lone Mountains- A Vampyre’s story

Marcel of The Lone Mountains- A Vampyre’s story

It’s more likely that a draught from the door or windows disturbed the pristine alter cloth. My gaze passes over the objects on the table, white candles, willow branches, bundles of herbs, trinkets and tchotchkes. My eyes settle upon an open book, the pages are loosely bound and the gilded illustration depicts a woman being lifted into the clouds by two sets of hands. In my awe of the tome I forget about the potential stowaway. I must have this book, the people are no more, so it will not be missed and I cannot fight the urge to reach out and pluck it from its resting place. It is cumbersome to hold, even with both hands and I have no idea how I will hide it from Halen.

The Alpha's Babysitter

The Alpha's Babysitter

It was a book they had read countless times, but each time, it held a new magic, a new wonder for Theo. “Once upon a time,” Hazel began, her voice soft and soothing, “there was a little bear named Barnaby who loved to go on adventures.” Theo’s eyes widened, his attention captivated by the story. He listened intently, his tiny fingers tracing the illustrations, his imagination soaring with each word Hazel spoke. The story of Barnaby the bear, his adventures in the forest, his encounters with talking squirrels and mischievous rabbits, filled the room with a sense of magic and wonder. Theo giggled at Barnaby’s antics, his heart filled with joy.
