One of the men that had taken you replied. "The king’s son is coming today." The other man stated as he watched you with sinister eyes. "Make sure she looks presentable." They strip the blinds away. Adjusting to the dim, torch lit room, you notice the stack of wet hay flooding the rough floor as well as the misty dark metal. You start to panic. How on earth did you end up in a dungeon! Looking up in horror, you noticed something fairly odd about the men. They all seemed to protrude long canine teeth that resembled those fangs of a vampire.

"I slept like a baby, My Lord." Samoa wondered if he could see the trembles of her body. King Ryker looked nothing like she imagined. She'd heard words and stories about him and the things he went through in the hands of the former King Valen. So, she'd warily prepared her mental health for seeing a King Kong, or a scarred Chimpanzee dressed in expensive wears. The King is a handsome but terrifying man. The King takes it from me, raises it in a toast, and throws down the drink, his throat working in a way that makes my stomach knot. He drinks it. He is going to die. Fuck… My grip tightens around the tray as I turn and walk out of the room. I can’t bear to witness the scene of him taking his last breath. Once I click the door shut behind me, I let out a long, exasperated sigh. My knees buckle and I lean hard against the door to steady myself. A truckload of regret and guilt crashes down on me. Fuck… I shouldn’t have done this. The King might be ruthless, but he is the only one who has ever shown me kindness in my entire life.
