The merfolk chorus was getting ever closer, and Dicken was advancing swiftly through the water, moving like the wind as he streaked towards the blue light.
Suddenly, my scope of vision broadened as we entered a massive cavern, the center of which was an enormous pool resembling a shrine. The blue light turns out to be emitted from a blue luminous orb hovering over a hundred meters above us, surrounded by faint blue sparks—being the only source of light in the dark cave, it looked just like a celestial body shining amid the lightless universe.
