CHAPTER 126 AUTHOR'S POV In Scotland, there lived a man named Wilson. He was a known hunter in the whole of Scotland, well respected and also feared. He had a strong physique, with broad shoulders and a nice, sturdy build. His tanned skin, which was weathered-beaten by years of exposure to his line of work, piercing eyes that had seen many things. Wilson had spent thirty years as a hunter and even now, as he is fifty years, he was yet to retire. He had made a proclamation that he would die as a hunter. Despite his age, he was still as strong but maybe not as much as before, but he was strong enough.

Their eyes were as cold as Jonathan. When Jonathan saw me he smirked. That old troll hasn't aged much since I last saw him. After the age of twenty five, the aging speed of hunters decreases just like werewolves. Keeping an eye contact with me Jonathan stood and addressed the audience with his microphone. Hunters don't age quicker like Humans, just like Vampires and Werewolves, too, do not, however, our life span isn't as long as theirs. That's the only exception." What does that mean? He seems to read my mind, because he starts to explain. "When a Hunter reaches the age of two hundred and fifty, it's like being ninety in the human age count. From that count till three hundred, the Hunter is basically a very old man, on the inside, actually. Our body, on the outside, doesn't usually age than a typical, healthy sixty-year old human, regardless of the gender." He tells me. I am stunned that my mouth is open.

Hunter remarks. "Is that so?" I ask, surprised. "Yes. You've already lasted far longer than any of my other toys have. Not only that but for reasons unbeknownst to me, I find myself coming to you to see what sort of carrot you feel you can dangle in front of me. Do you believe me to be a donkey? Hunter says sitting on the bed next to me with a big smile on his face, he looks beautiful, was he always like that? I felt like I was seeing him through another lens, he looked different, his hair was glossier, and his eyes were sparkling but they weren't the old blue colour, they looked deeper, a mix of blue and green with a bit of silver into them, he looked older than he did before, before he gave the age of someone in his late twenties, maybe early thirties, and now he looks like an old man, he looks tired and exhausted even, he didn't look well, maybe he caught whatever I had.
