Tears poured down my cheeks as I felt their venom burning through my veins, weakening me.
The first one suddenly broke off, a disgusting gurgling sound bubbling up its throat. Its eyes burned with pain, and it clawed at its neck. The second one did the exact same, as my blood ran down its chin. They both shrieked and began heaving on all fours, their bodies rejecting my blood. The other aswangs looked at what was happening, breaking away from their food source. I felt my aura start to burn the venom out of my system.
