Wyatt's Point of View "Then, I'll get going now," I smiled at him before turning away. I'll be okay. It will be okay. Everything will be alright. Let's just ride the wave for now. Things will eventually fall into place; I'll just have to wait and see.

She elbows me, then asks, "Are you okay?" I nod. I'm more than okay. Too okay, as a matter of fact.

“As long as you’re ok.” “Yeah, well, I’m pretty much stuck at home and I got bored. I almost messed up though.” “Either way, they looked ok.”

So we good" "Yes" "Ok , let me just say this YOU ARE JERK" I laughed softly and said "I KNOW" *******

The silent longing that I wasn’t ready to face yet. I will be fine. Always have, always will be. That is just who I am.

“Look at the brighter side of things.” It’s hard for now, but maybe once I process it all and accept it, I’ll finally be able to smile and appreciate it. We talk a little more after that, the conversation drifting between serious and light without really settling on either. It helps, in a way. Keeps me from drowning too deep in my own head. After a while, she glances at me again. “You’ll be okay?” I nod slowly. “Yeah. I’ll catch a cab when I’m done.”

Maybe deniability is easier. “I’ll let you know how it goes,” I add lightly, standing from my chair. “When it happens.” And in my mind, it already has.

They tell me. That is actually true. She will be fine soon and things will become bliss for me. I can not wait for it to happen. "Let's just go home and get this over with."

I'm not hungry, I've lost my appetite, so I slip into pajamas, and crawl into bed, finally, sobbing myself to sleep. I'll be okay. I know I will. I just need a little time.
