I opened my eyes and saw them all looking down at me in their outfits from earlier. "Hey, guys." I tried to say but my voice cracked. "Here have some water." Cuore offered while Prince Tay and Mr Nova helped me sit up. I took a sip of water from the straw and almost finished the entire glass. "Woah, calm down. Slowly." Prince Tay stated. "Taylen are you okay?" Mr Nova asked and I nodded. "Why didn't you tell us?" Cuore questioned. They knew. They knew I was addicted to meth. They knew I was a disappointment.

He wasn't an avid lover of books like I was but what good is a friend without some contrasting attributes? I made a new friend, or two, including Alexis even though I had no way of meeting him again.
