Mahal ni Ian ang pera dahil ito ang nagpanatili sa kanyang buhay mula nung itakwil siya ng sariling pamilya, dahil sa katauhan niya. Mapalambot kaya siya ni Nate na walang ginawa kundi gamitin at pwersahin siya kahit ayaw pa niya o magugustuhan niya ang mga ginagawa ng lalaking to sa pagkatao at katawan niya.
