She was on the verge of crying. Karen Joy raised her hand and threw her phone down the cliff. She tilted her head and forced back the tears. "Karen Joy! Why are you crying? He's just a man. Is he worth crying for?" She spoke to herself. Jayden said, "Why are you crying so hard if he's not worth it?" Karen Joy shouted at him, "It's none of your business." Jayden took a piece of tissue and helped her wipe her tears. "If I don't care about you, are you going to sit here in the cold for the whole night?"

A hard, painful laughter that had nothing to do with joy. I began to breathe heavily. “I am sorry, I need to leave,” I rushed towards the restroom, I knew Lucas would be watching. I needed him to believe. I stared back at myself in the mirror and smiled, then began to cry softly. “Lucia” I heard Alaric called, I kept crying. “Lucia,” he called as I felt him closer. I pulled away my hair from my face, tears streamed down my face as I laughed loudly. I laughed loudly. Alaric watched, surprised, and shocked. I am guessing he was just seeing the real me.

TALIA'S POV I can't stop crying, I let the hot tears fall freely down to my jaw. "It's okay, Talia, crying won't solve the problem." Ivy my friend says. "Why are you telling me to stop crying ivy, everything I've worked for is all gone, Jay hates me now, I've lost him and I don't want to." I reply under my breath. "It's okay Lia." She says stroking my shoulders sympathetically. Sniffing, I stop crying for a while and take a stick of cigarette, I lit it up and puts it in my mouth. I smoke deeply, the thin smoke puffing out through my nose like they are my pain and agony, I'm so depressed and frustrated.

I snapped in a hoarse voice. "Sarah… please look at me…" Troy moved closer. He tried to see my face. "Go away. Don't come near!" I pushed his body away without looking at him. But he seemed to have seen my tear-streaked face. "You're… crying? Why are you crying?" Troy's voice sounded panicked. Caught crying, I grabbed a tissue and wiped my tears. "Sorry for making you cry. Are you thinking about Albert?" he asked, panicked. ‘Oh my gosh! Did he just say I was crying because I was thinking about Albert? But I couldn't tell him I was crying because of what he said earlier.’

Elinor’s voice trailes off at the other end. I swallow back the nauseating feeling crawling up my lungs. “Not better.” “Well, I’ll see you in a bit.” The call ends, and I drop my phone beside me. I curl on my bed into a ball, and fresh tears start streaming down my face again. This time, I’m not sure why, but my heart aches like crazy, and I let out a gut-wrenching cry. Why the fuck did this have to happen to me?

Alongside Carly, Kihara was also surprised when she heard Eva say that. “The back of the kitchen door?! Doing what exactly?” Carly who found it hard to believe asked and Eva smiled slyly. “Crying,” She said and they gasped. “Why was she crying?” Kihara asked and Eva glanced at her before smiling at her. “You’re back, I’m sorry I didn’t even know you were home,” She smiled and Kihara nodded. “But Why was she crying?” Kihara managed to ask again and Eva shrugged. “I really don’t know why she was crying but I have a feeling—” Eva was saying but she was cut off.

Isaac grimaces as though the thought is absurd but there's a flicker of guilt there, so even if he didn't, he must have thought about it. "Oh, it's surprising that's all." Luke shrugs nonchalantly, sending me a wink before disappearing out of the door again. "Anyway…" Isaac shakes his head as though clearing the interruption from his brain. "As I was saying, Carly is a mess, she didn't stop crying. She says she knows you care for Elsie in your way, but uh…" He pauses, shifting to look at me, then Shane and then the doorway where we can hear Luke making coffees.
