Forget the big romantic gestures; find the small, specific ways his control slips, and who's there to see it. That's where you'll get dynamics you haven't read a hundred times before.

Finding Ignis fics woven into other fantasy worlds is a surprisingly specific quest, and honestly, the main fanfiction hubs are your best starting point. Archive of Our Own is absolutely essential; the tagging system is your friend. Search for 'Ignis Scientia' and filter by the 'Crossover' tag, then sort by kudos to see the most popular ones. You'll find a lot of crossovers with 'Final Fantasy' properties (obviously), 'Fire Emblem: Three Houses', and 'The Legend of Zelda'—they share a certain high-fantasy aesthetic that writers love to blend.
