I know what I must do, what we all must do. To my left, Akin stands tall, his obsidian wings sharp and sleek, the wind tugging at his tunic as his eyes sweep the battlefield like a soldier gauging his next strike. To my right, River’s wings are the color of deep, angry storms. They shift with energy, crackling faintly as his fists curl at his sides. The fire in him burns steady now, no longer a threat but a force I can trust.

She followed closely behind him and the two disappeared into the forest. "Did you notice?" Weaver asked and Alex nodded. "Her brother is blind. That's probably why she thought it best to talk it out." Alex said and Weaver nodded. "Don't tell the others about the male being blind. It'll provoke some of the others to try and run him off." Alex said and Weaver nodded in understanding. "I'll take a group to start setting up markers upon our new territory." Wever said and Alex nodded wondering how someone who couldn't see had survived this long. He had help from his sister but he didn't seem to rely on her. . . .

She was hoping this was a dark nightmare and she would wake up from this nightmare and her parents would be alive, and everything would be back to normal, but that wouldn’t be work, because she’d already pinched herself several times, and she was still in the dream. His amber eyes widened in genuine, stunned disbelief. He didn't draw a blade. He didn't shift. He simply stood motionless, paralyzed by the magnificent, terrifying vision unfolding before him. I was no longer just Inara, nor was I merely Sova. I was a half human, half avian spirit reborn a creature of snowy plumage, dark velvet skirts, shimmering ivory wings spanning the width of the hearth, and eyes glowing like two crushed, radiant amethysts. A primal, furious screech tore from my throat a sound that shattered the glass in the high window.

How am I supposedto go-on. I wish I could be a…butterfly, they can fly away into oblivion, their small and beautiful. Suddenly I felt like I had wings and the air was brushing against it. The slight gust of wind suddenly lifted me into the air. I opened my eyes slowly, unwillingly but it just felt to real. With a shock I realised I was really in the air, gliding. As I passed the mirror I could see the wings, magnifisent wings fluttering. Something strange caught my attention. The eyes, their not black like a normal butterflies but grey, not a dull grey or a silver but a shade in between with a black outline. I realised that I was looking at myself and then a door slammed behind me and I fell

But now, nothing. “Jun,” he called quietly. “You hear that?” Jun didn’t have to ask what. He heard it too. Or rather, he heard what was missing. “Whisper Team,” Jun muttered. “It has to be. Nobody else can kill sound across a whole district.” Whisper Team — Dominion’s invisible vanguard, the ghost-unit known for two things: undetectable entry and leaving no survivors. Their operations always began the same way: First, silence. Then, darkness.

No matter how strong his will was, his body could not withstand the blood loss. Before he was wheeled into the operating room, the doctor gently pried his fingers loose. His hand fell limply to the side. Ivy rubbed her reddened wrist and watched as the doors to the operating room shut before her. She turned to leave. Her identity had already been exposed. If she stayed any longer, there was no telling how deeply she would become entangled with that man again.

But the end of what was unclear. I searched the abyss and found nothing. Fear overwhelmed me; images started to appear one by one. Cleo, Prue, work, mum, and the last was Damian. Each disappeared as if they were smoke. Whisps filled the air and dissipated one at a time until there was only one left. The whisp from Damian floated across to me. It morphed into a guiding light as the ticking became faster. Something deep inside felt the pull; I needed to follow it. Step by step, one foot in front of another, I followed his light. It led me to a door in the middle of the abyss. The door stood solid in front of me as the whisp passed through it and disappeared.

A pack of a hundred Wraiths descended from the clouds, their oily limbs forming "Aero-Spikes" that whistled through the air.

Chapter 3- A Perfect Day Drrrrr! Crash! Bang! Melo was awoken by crashing and banging happening outside his room. What kind of ruckus is happening? He thought to himself. He slightly opened his eyes but all he saw were the lights peeking through his window blinds, beaming across the room. He scooted to the other side of the bed, facing his big glass window that is covered with white blinds. Then, he slipped two of his fingers in between the blinds and allowed just the right amount of light to pass through.
