The story begins with Aubree finding herself in a hospital, and eventually realizing that she had been in a coma for about two months and she has no recollection of the events that happened in the past ten years. She finds herself married to her college crush and finds out that she had her dream job. She thinks the past ten years would have been the best ten years of her life because she got everything that she wanted as a little child.
