*Third POV* “See I will tell you everything about the basement and other stuff as we have a lot to talk about. First, why not he have our breakfast. I dont want it to end with the quarrel and you once again avoid eating” Takeshi smiles placing his hand upon Koishi’s only made him take his hand back the next second. “Okay” Koishi smiles as he avoids looking at Takeshi not noticing the sudden change of expression over his face. “Let's get started with it” Takeshi smiles looking down at his plate as Koishi first takes the cup of coffee recognizing his own cup which has his favourite anime character Gojo Saturo from Jujutsu Kaisen upon it.

Zade As the door closes, silence blankets the room, grounding me. I close my eyes, exhausted from the effort it takes just to stay tethered to the moment. Izzy leans into me, her voice barely a whisper. “You scared me, Zade,” she says, her voice soft but shaking with emotion. She clings to me like I’m something precious and breakable, and the intensity of it hits me. I pull her close, wrapping her in my arms as if I could shield her from all the mess that comes with me.
