JAGGED

JAGGED

But he wasn’t here, and it’s either he’ll be sleeping elsewhere tonight or I’m the Queen of England. “Let’s try this again” I murmured and decided to do the whole meditation thing. I took a calming breathe and began to chant “ohm” a giggle stopped me and I opened my eyes, looking at an amused Margot. I frowned, “but….” “ oh you don’t need to do all that to see me, you only just have to think about me” “I think about my dead husband all the time, he doesn’t just appear” I deadpanned and her expression softened.

Jade: The Hybrid Mage

Jade: The Hybrid Mage

I glanced around, noting the way the other participants seemed to mask their emotions—some with smug confidence, others with tightly controlled nerves. "Step forward, Jade Ishola," the mage said. I hesitated for a heartbeat, then moved to stand before him. His eyes, glowing faintly with a bluish hue, locked onto mine. "You will be shown a story," he continued. "It is not a lesson, nor a guide. It is a fragment of history, one that will inform the challenges you face. Watch closely, listen carefully, and remember—truth is not always what it seems." I nodded, swallowing the lump in my throat.

Mated To The Alpha Alien

Mated To The Alpha Alien

I snarl vehemently, stroking the vial with the Light Oracles blood wrapped around my neck with my fingertips. “Find shelter beneath the valley of Harkwyn. She won't survive the hike through the snow. I will take her female and see the curer. If you are lost to us, I will find you, brother. I won't return to Mahji without you. My word is my bond.” Jaja asserts with determination and conviction. After a moment of thought and realising I'll only be wasting time if I try to command that he is to return to Mahji if I do not make it back to the Liberty by the time she is programmed to leave. I nod my head, agreeing with him.

Definitely wasn't expecting the writing to be great! Usually when I come across popular werewolf stories, they contain many grammatical and spelling errors but this one showed how the author really take time crafting their chapters. I'm not into the werewolf genre but this one is greatly written!

The Last Amulet

The Last Amulet

I waved over a couple of maids and they helped him to his feet, taking him to the wall, where they dabbed at his face and comforted him accordingly. I stood and watched as the mages scrambled back to their duties, awkwardly resuming their chanting. “Come here, Shareef,” I said, comely. He stumbled over his feet and lowered his head. His brown hair had flecks of black ooze sticking out at the ends. Did I tell you to roll in the goo? I thought, confused why he would voluntarily partake in something like this. “Is the contraband ready?” “Y-your highness,” he started, “the contraband might take some time to neutralize, especially since no one can nullify its protection spells. Mage Faruq barely

A GIRL FOR THE BEASTS

A GIRL FOR THE BEASTS

'' exclaimed Aefar, he teased, inviting the Jaguar trio to play. “ Father Wolf, are you stupid?! '' Ghazi asked. '' You're bigger than us... '' said Ray. “ How can we win against you?! '' Reeve exclaimed. The Jaguar Trio saw Aefar with sharp eyes glancing at Aefar, it was seen that the three children were grumbling in annoyance. Aefar did not understand what the Jaguar Trio was saying. ''Ha ha ha...'' Halvir let go of his laughter, hearing his children grumbling and even calling Aefar 'stupid'.

Faryah

Faryah

I said and hugged her again as she took Najmah's bag. " Be quick honey" She said as she left my room and I smiled as I walked back to my wardrobe and picked up a light pink scarf. I walked to my mirror and fixed it up and I was ready. "Faryah, hurry up and join the family picture, you should sit beside Farouk" Miriam called immediately I got down the stairs. " You look hot by the way" She added and gave me a thumbs up. I smiled at her and went to where my family sat, The Mustapha's and the Edwards, all together as one. I sat beside Farouk and I inhaled his breath-taking scent. MashaAllah he smelt so good. He looked good, he was in a white material and he was wearing something they called Bab

Cursed Love

Cursed Love

"I'll be fine Jamal, don't worry about me and make sure to accompany Ditya to the festival, she is still officially engaged to you" "I will Ammi" I replied and walked out, unfortunately or rather fortunately I met Jafar at the oak tree separating my chambers from mother's. "Jafar Egor, my dear cousin" I called out making him stop on his track. He turned back and I stalk towards him, my hands behind me. "Its been a while isn't it? The last time we met you were telling me how there shouldn't be a special day for me to roam around the streets when I can't even feel the sun... Its been so long hasn't it?"

Living The Life in an AI Slop Story

Living The Life in an AI Slop Story

“Is mind-reading your karamat?” “No, your majesty.” “Then how do you know what he’s planning?” “I am- I will keep an eye on him too.” “You should have done that long ago. Now go away.” Yahya nodded and left the room, leaving Jafar to ruminate in his paranoia. Meanwhile, in Barfistan, Aarif was in the backyard practicing his karamat by lifting large slabs of rocks from the ground. He was sweating despite the cold air, forming light mist from his body. He stopped and let the slabs fall when Meeran entered.
