Jared keeps laughing as the triplets leave the space, leaving me to perish where he lies. Over the next few minutes, Jared stays still, looking up at the ceiling. He readies himself to die as more of his body blows into the wind in the form of flakes. He knows very well that this is his end, and he’s willing to accept it, for in his mind, he knows that the revenge he’s unable to get on the triplets, someone else would, or better yet, their curse would end them. He couldn’t be any happier as he let go.

She had relied on her phone for everything and now felt completely naked. She’d only gone a short distance up the road when she heard a car drive up behind her. When she turned, she was relieved to see it slow to a stop. The tinted windows rolled down, and the flirty wolf from last night smiled at her. “Morning, Little Red,” Jared drawled. He looked like he had just rolled out of bed, too, but the look suited him better than it did her. Damn supernaturals and their perfect genetics. Jared would look good in any situation.

Chapter 14 Your Shirt’s Inside Out “Hi!” Nate said brightly. “Hey! What’s up?” I winced. Calder’s mouth tightened, and Ian was about to pop claws, I could feel and scent it in the suddenly thick air. Nate trotted over to Ian and stretched up to kiss his cheek. “So Jared’s actually Jared,” he said, still way too cheerfully. “Good news, right? Arik double-checked. He’s missing his spleen, though.”

“To see your lovely new assistant, of course. What other reason could it be? Duh!” Tarrin watched him from a distance, “He has no reason to be here, it’s not like he’s her father or something.” Jared didn’t get on the elevator but leaned against the wall across from it, scrolling on his phone. Tarrin looked back to Linux, who turned towards him and grinned. Feeling put on the spot, Tarrin said defensively, “What? He doesn’t! He knows it’s well after hours and he doesn’t even know if she’s still here.”

Or maybe Wade spoke too soon. The next morning at Snow Mountain, Jared went on a walk before breakfast was served. He was checking the territory and the structures they have built after the last attack. Clearly, they have made changes and didn’t conform with the previous layout. He was just beginning to relax when he caught a faint scent and frowned. It was sweet and enticing. His eyes slowly constricted as he began to understand what it was. Mate! He did a perfect job carrying on the families legacy. His wife, Artemis was also seated at the dining, all waiting for Jared's arrival. "My poor boy must have gotten soft, we shouldn't have allowed him have a peak of normal life! " Artemis, Jared's mother broke the silence with a teary voice. She was vehemently against the fact that they let Jared out of the mountain before his very first assignment. Now he was an established billionaire in the real world, wouldn't that affect the Zolydk business?

However, before she could utter a word, Tyler’s arrogant voice drifted over, dripping with superiority. “So what if you do? By the time we’re in court, everyone will already believe you’re a fraud. Who’s going to listen to a word you say?!” He sauntered over, dressed head to toe in designer brands like a nouveau riche caricature, with a small box dangling from his hand. As he caught sight of my restrained figure, he let the box slip from his fingers. It clattered to the floor along with a jade bracelet that fell out of it. The bracelet shattered into several pieces.

Jared got up the next morning after a long night of turning and tossing on his bed. He couldn’t get anything done and he was tired of trying to sleep. He got up at the first sight of the sun and headed to the shower. After a long bath, he came out. He got dressed and headed to the living room. He knew that he needed to come up with a plan to take out the Blue moon coven once and for all and he was tired of putting it off. He knew that going there was going to be a suicide mission but he had to do what he had to do. He figured that it was his destiny to stop the war. He got to the living room and he saw Xavier there.

Yvonne asked me to focus on a beam of light on the ceiling. I concentrated on the light. After a few minutes, she asked gently, “Who are you?” “Aurora Twilight.” “Do you know Harry Chalamet?” “Yes, I do.” “No, you don’t.” “I do. I know him. Ralf and Keren had their mouth parted and eyes widened changing glances to Jen and Idris. “H-hi” Jen greeted nervously. “Idris Voss is the name” Idris introduced himself in a clear emotionless voice that made me and Scar look into each other. “My name is Jen Excell” I can sense the heartbreaking emotion in Jen’s voice. “I am happy to meet you and know that you are mate but I am sorry that it happens in a bumpy crisis," Idris said.
