Chapter 22 The party was finally over and Martin and Caitlyn were on their way out after saying goodbye to madam Scarlett. Caitlyn was feeling somewhat shy around Martin after sitting on his thighs until the closing of the party. "Martin!" A female voice that sounded confident and sweet stopped Martin and Caitlyn from taking their final step out of the hall. 'It's probably another business partner. Will they not even let us leave here peacefully?' Caitlyn complained inwardly. Both of them turned fully to face the caller, and Caitlyn's jaw dropped. She looked extraordinarily stunning!

“Oh . . . I’m fine I just . . . I don’t know what happened. My hand must have been a bit slippery because the glass just . . . slipped right out of my hand.” Light chuckling ensued. “It doesn’t look like you’re any worse for the wear then. Good,” Julian said behind her. “Darling,” Hector began as he took her hand. He pulled her over a little taking her away from her mother and sister. “Watch your step. I couldn’t help the smile that was on my face during class. I kept thinking back to the meeting with Breayna and Byanca yesterday. Those two are something else. The guys seemed cool. Burton and Xavier were hilarious. The fact that they hacked into our system told me they are damn good at what they do. I about lost it when Breayna introduced them as bromance buddies. Those two women are a handful and I have all the respect in the world for Kade and Kane. I didn’t miss the way that Taelin cooed when Byanca and Kane’s little was brought into the room.
