Pearl of his Heart

Pearl of his Heart

“Limited edition painting. If you wanna buy it, you gotta place a bid. Or, get them for free if you sign up for the club.” He shrugged, feeling victorious. The people were silent, unsure of what to say. Malorie stepped forward, still gaping at the painting. “You…” she began. “It’s marvelous, isn’t it?” Cain boasted. “It’s...marvelously bad!” Malorie exclaimed. “What the hell is this?” She pointed at the painting consisting of stick figures in different colors. The shapes were off, looking like an artwork by a kindergarten student. “This is comic art!” Cain claimed. “This looks as if a child drew it!” she hissed. “This isn’t how you make a comic strip!”

This books needs to be on top. As expected of teatae, she never disappoints with her suspense and mystery along with the romance which feels so real. Although it's more of a romance but its all worth it. I don't feel regret buying coins to read this gem. Why the review limit is so short though? 😭😭

The Jewel Of Humanity

The Jewel Of Humanity

“His Holiness Valda. They both watched on as a frail elderly man stepped forward. He was smiling at both of them. “Please, come, sit.” He offered and the warmth he exuded was palpable. Marlon was still apprehensive about all of this. He recalled how to get out if anything went wrong. They seemed like kind holy men, but Marlon was all too familiar with wolves in sheeps clothing. “We are here about the Jewel of Humanity.” Marlon spoke loudly and gruff. Hoping that statement would prick and enliven their true nature. “I know nothing of it,” he said simply.

Lost in Billionaire's Life

Lost in Billionaire's Life

Adrian muttered, deliberately, so that the curator could hear it. "Are you sure?" asked the curator hesitantly, only certain people were allowed into the VVIP gallery. Adrian raised an eyebrow, "You underestimate me?" Adrian hissed annoyed. After a while the curator rushed in front of them, ushering them into the VVIP gallery room. Adrian and Leah walked hand in hand to the private gallery, besides the paintings several sculptures were displayed beautifully. Leah and Adrian's eyes were fixed on a piece that made them nauseous. The art the was staring at was a carved statue of a pair of naked men and women. The woman was seen bowed down and the man was beating her buttocks with a whip. Leah's

Bound By A Borrowed Heart

Bound By A Borrowed Heart

An artist I've never heard of, with a page full of paintings that make my stomach drop. It has the same color palettes, the same emotional themes, the same compositions, the fire-and-flowers motif, the broken-open chest, the bird trailing sparks, everything. But TrueCanvas's posts have timestamps that appear to predate mine by weeks. According to the internet, I didn't create these images. I copied them, and the comments are turning on me fast. "She's a fraud." "TrueCanvas did it first." "Gianna Meyers is a thief." "Can't believe I followed this person."

Mi Alfa (The Possessive Alphas Series 1)

This kiss carried weight, a vow unspoken. When they broke apart, Allistair grinned happily. “So do you want to see it now?” “Yes baby, where is it?” Samael exclaimed, clearly excited. Allistair stood up and waved his hand and the square designed fountain parted and revealed all his paintings that he recently made and on the centeris the exact replica of the painting he burned. The one called “Aeternum”. The painting made by the greatest painter of all time, his favorite painter Vianna Resilda Del Fierro, Samael’s mother.

Taming The Wild CEO

“Cheers!” Nervously she looked at the paintings hanging against his white walls. “You seem to like art.” “Yeah, I truly do,” Roberto answered casually. “I collected them for my personal amusement. I particularly like this one,” he pointed at a painting of a semi naked woman. Her breasts were only half covered by a thin material while the rest of her were exposed, including her private area. “And of course, something as vulgar as this is considered appropriate to be hung on the walls of the living room,” said Javier rather tartly.

So glad Javier is not falling for her tricks. Ella should inform him so that he can be forewarned and armed with knowledge to protect himself. This kind of secret usually burns the target of the deception, not protect them. Ella should trust that Javier is smart, experienced & savvy enough to know.

"And I'm surprised maturity hasn't tempered that sharp tongue yet, Bijou. Though I suppose jealousy brings out the worst in us." Predictably she recoiled at the accusation, flawless features mottling unattractively. "You think this is all jealousy? I'm justifiably calling out an amateur getting unfair accolades and attention!" I moved to set up my easel, striving to keep my voice level. "Is it truly so difficult to believe my art connected deeply with some people despite any technical limitations?" "Oh please." Bijou crossed her arms, pastel cashmere sweater straining. "It's obvious Andre is playing blatant favorites showering praise on the charity case. Don't pretend it's about 'artistic re

Kim gloated and I looked down smiling, Michael had turned his body a bit to listen in on their conversation as they sold the idea that this is the ultimate painting everyone should have. "From a professional perspective, I think Laid Down is his best piece, you should go see that one before you decide ladies," I said to them and Gwen cocked her head to the side. "Professional? Are you an artist too?" "Yes, I just graduated though, but I'm also being featured here tonight," I said to them and they gave out impressed expressions. "Oh really?" Kim asked and I almost giggled at the sound of her snappy accent. "And what's the name of your piece miss?"

One year with a grumpy billionaire

VIVIAN I stood in front of my art piece, Anticipation taking the best of me. The gallery was filled with people, their hushed conversations and murmurs kept seeming into my ears Today is one of the best day of my life..if not the best. ,I've never felt so fulfilled, happy and filled with so much life. This art piece is my life,my work of three months. I've dedicated my time and my heart into making it I gazed at my installation- a canvas of torn fabric, broken chains and splattered paint. I felt so proud and vulnerable. This was my declaration of independence,my refusal to be bound by the chains of conformity.

The Art of Redemption

The Art of Redemption

"Art is not what you see, but what you make others see." - Edgar Degas. -Kimani Trinity Campbell - I stared intensely at the canvas in front of me, the oil paint still wet and glistening in the dim light of my studio. I was lost in thought, trying to figure out what was missing from the artwork. It was a beautiful piece, depicting the city skyline at night, with the tall buildings lit up like beacons against the dark sky. Despite all the detail and care I had put into it, I could not shake the feeling that something was missing.
