-SIENNA- Fiddling with my cappuccino, I waited for my fake fiancée to arrive. We spoke briefly on the phone yesterday and arranged to meet after work at my favorite coffee shop near my apartment. The cozy place, decorated with green walls and white furniture, serves the best coffee in the area. But my favorite part is the small garden in the back with the tables arranged around a small fountain. The smell of the flowers combined with the smell of coffee makes everything better. It's like a hidden oasis in the middle of Manhattan. Choosing to meet in one of my safe places was a strategic decision to give me more strength when the nerves fluttered in my stomach.

Jenny was ignoring both of them for a long time, she noticed Ronin that he had a feeling for Sia but she couldn't say anything because she was not confirmed about it but the things that happened yesterday made her frustrated with Sia. The coffee shop Sienna had chosen was in Tribeca—neutral territory, far from the Upper East Side and far from the West Penthouse. It was noisy, crowded, and smelled of roasted beans and damp coats. Sienna sat in a corner booth, her back to the wall. Aria sat next to her in the wheelchair, her hand resting on Sienna’s knee under the table. "They're late," Sienna said, checking her phone. "Again. It's a power move."

Susy asked, suddenly animated, jumping up from the couch before taking the booklet from Jenny. “I came across it today at the antiquarian bookstore near the shop,” Jenny said enthusiastically. “Will you lend it to me once you’ve read it?” Susy asked. “You can take it today,” Jenny smiled. “I’m reading something else right now, so go ahead and take it. Just return it when you’re done.” “Thank you so much!” Susy said excitedly, and the girls hugged. Susy sat back down on the couch, Jenny grabbed a few crackers, and then she looked at the guys.

Lila The café is tucked into the corner of a brownstone lined street, half hidden under a faded green awning that reads Sparrow & Finch in tiny gold letters. It smells like cinnamon and roasted espresso the second I step inside warm and grounding. Like the kind of place you come to feel human again. Nick’s already there. He’s seated at a corner table, a mug between his hands, scrolling something on his phone. He looks up just as I walk in, and that same crooked smile breaks across his face unpracticed, unpolished, real.

Sophia The bookstore café smells like cinnamon buns and strong espresso, the kind of mix that makes you want to linger even if the chairs are uncomfortable. The space hums with a quiet buzz, pages being turned, low conversations, the hiss of milk steaming behind the counter. I arrive first and order a large cappuccino to keep my hands busy, pretending to read the opening chapter of a novel I pulled from the nearest display. My eyes don’t move across the page so much as hover. Every time the door opens, I glance up. Ridiculous. Like a teenager on her first coffee date.

Sasha took my hand in his and we made our way down the busy street. I looked all around me as we walked trying to figure out where he was bringing me when he stopped in front of an old bookshop. Pointing up to a beige sign above a green storefront that read ‘Shakespeare and Company’. I excitedly asked Sasha to take my photo in front of the store so that I could immediately upload it to my facebook page. I browsed the thousands of books upon the shelves losing track of time and of Sasha. I browsed the same aisles several times seeing new book

As she wandered aimlessly on the street, she unconsciously walked to the cafe mentioned in the text message. It was the coffee shop "Qiaowei Cafe". It was a strange name, but when one saw the location of this cafe, one could understand why it was called. This cafe was right below a stone arch bridge.
