I want to keep my promise to her, by not killing any of them, but I would in a heartbeat, otherwise. I met Jude in my Dom classes; just like my hacker friend, Jude is an instructor, he’s also a sadist. He loves doling out pain, and if I assume correctly, he may even be a private hitman, but I’m not sure. Some of his stories lead me to believe he is, but again, it’s only my assumption. He’s one hell of a guy though, and he’s looking forward to helping me out with my little problem. His hair was slicked back, his smile sharp and practiced. “Found beneath the old water tunnels,” he continued, voice carrying easily, “battered, bleeding, but still breathing. A survivor of the surface raids. A fighter of the Northern Rebellion. A Lycan.” The crowd stirred. I caught whispers in the air — “traitor,” “The Rogue King will love this one.” The announcer gestured lazily toward me. “They call him Cardan. Some of you may know the name. Others may not care. But you will, once you see what he can do.”

Jude asks, walking over, danger gleaming in his deep green eyes. Jude has been itching to take Alden out since his mate was killed two years ago. He isn’t from the outliers like Avi and me. He came from inside the city, but they took away his mate when a guard picked a fight with him. After a couple of months, he felt the bond break and he came seeking revenge. He can’t utter her name without breaking down, so we eventually stopped asking what it was. His fiery red hair is a wild mess as he takes a seat next to Avi, reaching over and stealing a book that he had picked up and looked through.

An elderly but good looking man greeted as he walked over to us. "Good evening Mr. Hudson and happy birthday," Philip replied with a smile. Undoubtedly the celebrant. "Thank you, son, I'm assuming this beautiful young lady beside you is your wife." I smiled at him, "Happy birthday Sir, I'm Giordana Forbes, Philip's wife." He accepted my outstretched hand. Jude asks and I nod. He opens the first document and I can see a picture of him, the woman, and the kid. The kid looks so much like him, it’s unbelievable. “The kid is four. He is called John and was born with a heart deficiency. Had five operations since he was born. The mother is called Chardonnay, I know, classy, and she has been with Peter for six years,” Jude says, and I close my eyes, not believing what I am seeing. There are several photos of them together, and some photos were while I was here with him. He was going to see her when he told me he was going to work.

When he opened the video he saw Jude wearing a literal armor and without her black lenses. not to forget she was crying. "Dear Kristoper! My real name is Jude Williams of the family Williams.
