Gwenn has done hers. The first thing I did was to go through the records and select the list of potential new council members, Gwenn did the final selection and then I went around creating new legions, I did four more because I knew we would need more warriors to help with the new dangers that were arising. These warriors were sent to deal with the occasional sighting of a creature thought to either be extinct or mythical. When it was too much to handle, my wife was called. Adela was no longer around, going back to wherever she came from and I was a little bit glad about that but it just meant that Gwenn was to go alone for her missions because her companions were gone.

Her professor is pissed off, yet she can’t force herself to write anything. Her pen twirls around as she plays with it. It took five minutes of playing before her professor came in and handed bunch of booklets to one student asking him to distribute it to the entire class. A red covered book laid flat on her desk. “Unpopular legends.” She read it softly. She flipped the pages of the book and thought there must be about a hundred pages. She turned to the first page and saw the table of contents. “Welcome, today we will be talking about some of the most underrated legends of all time. For the entire month, we will be talking about each of these individuals to help ignite our inspiration. Clear

The young cambion fell to the ground but to her surprise, she was able to survive the attack. Wait a minute? Am I not dead? June slowly picked herself up and saw that her arms were coursing with blue and green lightning. How many damn powers do we have? The answer to that question became shrouded in mystery as Vic rushed towards June once more. Only this time, June conjured the blue and green lightning coursing through her arms and released it against the cyclops. Stay the hell away from me, son of a bitch, Junes shouted as she unleashed her electric fury against her former tormentor.

I stared ahead but paid attention to their conversation. "So what's this prophecy?" Jissa in her normal inquisitive nature, asked. "When Silver meets Gold, when White meets black," Miranda replied and I could almost hear what was going on in Jissa's mind. "How's that a prophecy? So incomplete, in my books," she said. "What would happen if these colors or stones meet each other?" She added to my amusement. My best friend could be a clown sometimes. "That's when the great war of the supernaturals would happen," Miranda broke it and I stopped abruptly.

Once I'd placed him carefully inside, I climbed out and stood above him, staring down. I stood above it, staring down at my best friend's body. I remembered when we built a fort behind the elder’s hut using stolen cloaks and broken sticks. June had insisted it was our kingdom. “And you, my dear,” he had said, placing a flower crown on my head, “will be my queen of mischief.” That same June now lay buried beneath the earth. “June,” I began, voice thick with tears. “Your body is about to be returned to the earth….. I know your soul is already resting, but I still need to say goodbye to what's left of you.”

Making Preparations The room was tense. Helga and Lila looked at those there as the next person spoke. “Important things happened tonight; June just came of age and was publicly rejected by the clan head. It could only be one of the two,” the old man asked with a frown. “It is both,” Lila said, stepping forward. “We have not come by our will, but the will of the Young Lady,” Helga said and the room became tense. They were both June's blood related Aunts and also her guide so calling her “the young lady” meant this was official.
