My name is Éclair, this is Arianne,” she jerked her thumb towards the boyish-looking girl on her right. “And this guy who always looks like he’s thinking is Kaine,” she gestured at the boy who was sitting on her left.

By sunrise I have screenshots, a full folder, and an email draft addressed to Mom with the link and the caption “You should see what Katie does for money.” Timestamped and everything. I wait until Mom and Dave leave for work. The house is quiet except for the coffee machine dripping. “I mean…” Callie started, but Travis and Kevin came back with two random girls. “Hey, luna! I am Patsy and that is Kathy.” She seemed to be our age, but she had this dark edge to her. Patsy had long, thick brown hair. Her jeans or threatening to bust open from the holes and her crop top showed off her tiny stomach. It was the heels that told me what I needed to know.
