Keith woke up when he heard his phone rang. He look beside him and smiled at the sight of Vale’s sleeping figure. “Princess, wake up.” he touched her cheek gently. Vale moved a little and mumbled sleepily and slept back. Keith chuckled and slowly sat up, reaching for his phone on the table. Caleb’s name lit up on his phone screen. He slid his finger across the screen and put the phone on his ear, “Yeah?” “It’s 15 minutes before midnight, have you found her?” his tone was cold.

“Who comes to search for a job here on a day like this? Today of all days?” My frown instantly melted away and was replaced with confusion. “What do you mean? What is happening today?” “What?” He answered in awe. “Are you new in town?” He further inquired. His question made me remember my driver again. “This is definitely Karma.” “Yes, I am.
