They were good at it. My heart would have beat louder if I was an amateur dragon. But I was blessed with a mature dragon. When they brought the box and opened it, the Mighty Heart shined like a star and it started beating again. It recognized me. And it knew that I was close to it, closer than ever. The whole crowd was amazed when they saw what the mighty heart did. But no one except for me and my four allies, knew that it was me who made the Mighty Heart start beating again. I was happy in my heart that at least, my people, who were suffering. That heartbeat would lessen their suffering.

It seemed like the sudden curiosity made him ask that question. The ducks, which had been swimming in the lake, swam near us. They looked very happy with their loud quacking. "They’re a family." Michael spoke because Felix kept watching two big ducks with one little duck of a different color. "I know, Dad. The feathers will show when it grows up." Felix paused for a moment. "Beautiful." I smiled. At that moment, we weren’t paddling, and I could hold Felix's hand. "You’ll grow up like those ducks, Felix. Becoming more beautiful and strong. Isn’t that amazing?"

KURT'S POV:- I was lying on the hammock in the garden. I was reading a book. But I was checking my phone after every half a minute. I was impatiently waiting for Audrey to call me back. I had not told her anything about the guardians and about her place. I was not sure what kind of powers she possessed. But I was definitely excited to know more about her powers and her duties. I had a brilliant idea. And for that, I needed Mr and Mrs Mitchelson to get connected with Mr and Mrs Summers. My plan was to invite the Summers to my wedding. Well, it was what we were calling that ceremony. We got married years ago. Even our daughter was five.

I asked. Perhaps even the flower bushes would be glad that they're not dying anymore. She and Anabelle had walked to the little pond a few nights back, but they had not seen any ducks, but there they were today, in all of their full glory. There were 7 ducks that she could see so far, the big, mama duck waddling ahead of them and her little duckling trailing behind her. She had though it was a myth before, ducks travelling in a V.
