He saw the six of them come towards him, he quickly marked their names in the attendance register and sent them inside the bus as they were the last ones to arrive. Ben and Ricky got a seat at the back and they decided to sit together and the other four also settled down, Kelly sat near Jasmine and Max sat near Li Shin. The interior of the bus was huge and very modern, The seats were very comfortable and nice, everyone felt as if they could spend their entire day on the bus after sitting in their seats. The bus provided service to the students by a robot butler. If they wanted anything, they could ask the butler and give it credits for the desired thing and it would get it for them. Any hunt

The Rogue Deity: Until Death Do Us Part

The Rogue Deity: Until Death Do Us Part

she asked reluctantly as she approached the exit. Angela looked around, trying to see through Alinta's eyes. “I don’t see him anywhere. Where do we need to go for our bus?” Alinta checked the name of the bus company. “It’s called Grey Hare.” She then stared at the long building with different entrances, each window displaying the corresponding company name, but she couldn’t see their bus brand. "Guess we have no choice, but to leave the safety of the shop," Alinta sighed and quickly walked down the sidewalk, which felt like a long trek.

Falling, Fallen.

Falling, Fallen.

Luckily the needed bus arrived as soon as Ken came to the bus stop―he sighed and cracked his fingers before sitting down on a window seat of the bus. Ken's stop was Solasta High School Campus, a private academy in the main city. The campus of the high school bustled with screams and a mixture of noises that penetrated through the boundary walls of the school. Ken got down from the bus and made a trip to the nearby convenience store and bought a bunch of puddings, pineapple breads and frozen burritos for his brother Keith and his roommates. The security guard was familiar with Ken's face and so let him in with a smile.

Synchronized Hearts

Synchronized Hearts

We crossed the busy road holding hands and spotted some tricycles waiting for passengers. Keke Napep is popularly known as a four-person vehicle with three passengers occupying the back seats and a passenger sitting with the rider up front. We approached a Keke Napep that has two passengers sitted already so we mounted it as well to complete the ride. Bankole sat with the rider at the front while I sat at the back, sandwiched between two fat market women who wouldn't stop lamenting on the increment in cassava.

Maybe it's also better that it happened while Ken was still a toddler and doesn't have a mind because I don't want him to remember all of it as he grow up. I didn't realize that we are already near the bus station. Compare to before, the bus station isn't crowded because of the pandemic. It is easier to get in and less hassle. I almost jumped when Ken poked my cheek using a cold bottle of soft drinks. "Why are you spacing out," I accepted the drinks and boarded a bus bound for Fairview. "I am not spacing out," He peered at my face while smiling like a fool. I raised my eyebrows and gave him a warning.

Wild Epic Desires

Wild Epic Desires

Kenneth, grinning, patted his hands on his lap. "Come'n Stella, travel in style." I blushed and did as he asked. My friend June was squished in back next to the opposite window. Kenneth was wearing light gym shorts and a t-shirt and I was in my cheer uniform. Luckily our cheer skirts were not short--hitting just above my knees. It was enough to cover my lap at least! Everyone crammed in together--on laps, squeezed in four to a seat--the bus started up again whining and jerking with the increased load. And headed into the hills.

Flash Marriage: A Billionaire For A Rebound

Flash Marriage: A Billionaire For A Rebound

Kenzie's eyes widened, and she exclaimed, "A double-decker bus? I've always wanted to ride on those!" "I know." *** Minutes later. Kenzie had her arms folded against her chest, as she and Andrew were seated on the second level of an open-air double-decker bus. "Why are you frowning, aren't you enjoying the view?" Andrew asked, minutes after getting on the road. "I assumed we were doing this the normal way," she complained, her mouth twitching at the end of her words. "The bus is the most normal way to go for a city tour," he defended.

I love this book already. I kept smiling and laughing out loud. Andrew what a sweetie pie. Andrew is most certainly a gentleman and most certainly sincere for now. I will continue to read. This book is not like the others I’ve read in the last four weeks since I found out about the Good Novel....️...️...️

Enjoyed this book a lot! Andrew and Kenzie as a pair never fails to crack me up with their pick up lines and banter. Like your other books, this is equally hilarious, has a good amount of drama, and also some life lessons. A great read and a good start for the Wright kids and their stories!

The Last Full Moon

The Last Full Moon

Ifenna would have sworn to anyone who had asked him in the bus that he felt the girl who responded to his greetings and waved back at him was mentally unstable because of the way she smiled, showed her teeth and looked away from him as if nothing had happened between them in the first place. "I hope say all of you understand how this bus works?" The bus conductor asked, drawing the attention of the passengers towards his direction. "We stop at specific bus locations at the three places I mentioned. And whoever that drops down from the bus is immediately replaced by whoever that is waiting to be picked. Our transport fare remains the same as usual. No extra charges. No extra costs. You are re

I replied, “Now let’s go. We need to leave time to drag Luca out and he’ll probably still be in the bath or something.” Because we are sensible adults and Leo doesn't drink and drive, we had planned to get the bus to Kellington. Only one passed through every three hours, so after a joint effort to get Luca moving, who had opened his door to us in his towel, we had to sprint to catch it. "Three to Kellington," Leo said, catching his breath as we boarded the bus. "Awe, Alph. You're paying for me?!" Luca exclaimed. "Shut up and get your ass on the bus," Leo replied and Luca jumped aboard, dragging me to the back with him.

This is one of the most riveting books I have had the pleasure to read. Even though I haven’t slept in 2 days I couldn’t put it down and finished reading it over the past 6 hours. While it is a story of wars, rape, beatings and constant struggles reading it has allowed me to find peace. Thanks 💕

Leo is a hypocrite and Elle is a crybaby. She knows her alpha is a murderous asshole she won't let him do his job with other murderous assholes. She preferred to whine about him killing, while constantly putting him in situations he needs to kill, and not trusting he'd kill to save her. No Trust...

Kogi—Lagos. 'Good,' he said then sprinted back to his companion. 'I found a bus, let's go.' He picked up his bagpack and Eniiyi dragged her own behind. It was the bus driver they'd encountered the other day they'd come with Uncle Felix, Bastard, or what was his name again.

Wonderfully written! The pace is so smooth✨ I absolutely loved the way the author described the scenes. The grammar is on point. I couldn't find a single typo either! Highly recommended!! Keep up the good work! ❤

This is one of the best Nigerian books I've come across after Chinua Achebe's and Chimamanda Adichie's. This work is a beautiful criss-cross between the contemporary world and the traditional world, and a book brimming with life, thanks to Eniiyi's fighting spirit. You don't want to miss this.
