Akira’s POV Steel clashed like thunder as Kaïden and Thorne engaged in a fierce duel that rattled the very ground beneath us. Every time their blades met, sparks flew, neither man backing down, both too strong and too stubborn to relent. Kaïden’s strikes were sharp and deliberate, powered by a sense of dominance. Jonah POV It's three in the afternoon when I finally leave the packhouse. I glance to find ten missed calls from the douche who put me in this position. Going to the treeline behind the house, I quickly disrobe behind a tree, shoving my clothes into the bag I bring whenever I come here. My bones break and reform as I shift into Thor, a massive white wolf with a black paw and patches over his left eye and right ear. Thor's eyes are such a light blue they are practically silver. After stretching and shaking out his fur, he picks up our bag before sprinting into the forest toward our territory.

We circled each other, waiting who would attack first. Kylo was the alpha, and I knew that he also had the skill in combat. But Thorin was the king, and he was known to be the legend of destruction. 'One of us will perish tonight, Kylo!' Thorin roared at the wolf, who was also at his peak of rage and this close to cutting my head off.

It’s been a while since we’ve been in battle, but Thorin has been through his fair share. When Dawson withdraws, Thorin goes in. Dawson rolls out of the way and Thorin jumps over him

Surprisingly, he hugs her back, the smallest hint of a smile appearing. “How are you, dear? How is the new pack treating you?” he asks, for a moment deflecting his eyes from me.
