He looked at me in shock and I could see the fear in his eyes when he looked at my arm. "Demon." I heard him say before running away from my room. I just asked why he seems to be scared. Who is the demon? Me? What is a demon by the way? Then when I got dressed I went out of the room and went to the kitchen, I saw a knife fall to the floor so I took it but I immediately let it go and closed my eyes because I saw something in my mind again. I saw the face of my mom and the girl with the horns again, mom was holding a knife and stabbed that girl with the horns, the girl did not know because she was sleeping.

The healer stiffened, then immediately gathered his things and withdrew without a word, closing the door behind him. “I heard about the attack,” Kai said, breath still uneven. Asher’s gaze stayed forward. “What did you find on what I asked you to investigate?” Kai straightened. His expression hardened. “A soul-eating demon.” Asher turned slightly. Kai continued. "It hunts those burdened with painful memories.” Asher didn’t speak, only watched him. He paused, letting the weight of it sink in. “If the demon succeeds in consuming a soul… it becomes even more powerful. Almost unstoppable.”

El-Kharis explained, tired of defending his mate. "That does not matter, El-Kharis. Whether she is a human orb or not, she is a potential danger to us, and we need her to leave," Zareon, an earth demon, said angrily. "Zareon, you better know your place. Don't forget you are just a representative of your god here," El-Kharis snapped back, standing up angrily to leave. "She is a demoness of all five elements, El-Kharis," Lilith finally spoke, her terrifying yet calm and alluring voice echoing across the room, prompting El-Kharis to sit down again.

On the other side, a large demon was stretched out on the jungle floor. I recognized it immediately. It was kind of hard not to, since it had tried to kill me yesterday. The demon was like a giant black panther with two saber tooth like teeth protruding from its mouth. It stretched out on the ground, tail twitching back and forth with Kaylee curled up next to it, as if it were nothing more than a giant house cat. She was murmuring to it, so softly I couldn't make out what she was saying.

Erebus said slowly, "And Kitty is not the girl in the prophecy..." "Go on?" The Queen said with a huge smile on her face, "Indulge me, please. I rarely have any chance to talk to real smart person about this." "Kitty's power is thunder, not the ocean." Erebus said, "You already know, don't you, that her mom is THE Lilith." "Of course." The Queen laughed. "And you were the one who used the scarlet spell on her, and traced her to the village." Erebus said calmly.

I caught her and saw that her face was damaged with some writtings. "I AM COMING FOR YOU." was written on her face and just as I finished reading it her body turned to ashes and spread everywhere. "Denver." a voice said. "I know." I replied the voice. Kaylah's cat came out of it's hiding and into my full view.The cat then changed into a mighty demon. "It's been a long time my friend."
