A bright green gown showing non-existent cleavage was like jumping from the frying pan to an open flame. The stylist, sensing it was too bright for my pain in the ass dropped it and sluggishly swapped the green with a black dress. The new velvety black dinner gown wasn't as tight as the green one looked. It had spaghetti straps but showed little to no cleavage and I personally liked the "Or this one?" She asked, closing her eyes and praying that this one caught my fancy.

It was Klaus. He stood in the darkness, trembling with uncontrolled anger, looking like he was ready to kill.

Clive rarely contradicted the Universal Element Priest. "This aura and pressure… Clive, stop deceiving yourself." If he truly intended to kill, what then? Yet Clive claimed the situation could be saved. Was he joking? Universal Element Priest naturally did not believe him.

Yet, she looked amazing. "Hey babe," I grinned and stood awkwardly off to the side wondering what to do next. Who would've known that Logan Novak of all people would be nervous? Aura’s pov The blondie wolf approached me with a catwalk suit style like she was some goddess of a place and she owns everything here. I was fuming from the anger I was trying badly to subside. “What is this?” I rebuked. “Relax! I gave you something you deserve to be with…” she was cool like she didn’t do anything wrong. “You bathed me in slimy dirt. Why?” I was shocked by her actions. She clutched her fist and her eyes glowed green, she was staring into my eyes, “leave my Keiser alone. He is mine. I was here before you came into his life.” she jabbed.

Authority radiated off him in waves. Evie lowered her gaze too, heart pounding. “Tonight,” the Alpha began, voice deep and resonant, “we honor strength. Loyalty. The future of Black Claw.” A pause. “The future… stands before you.” The triplets stepped forward as one. The air shifted. It always did when they moved together—like the world itself recognized them as something more. Something dangerous. Something untouchable. Evie felt it then. A strange pull. Faint. Flickering.

I turned only to see Klaus who just came out from nowhere. The man in front of me is the identical twin of Clark, Klaus, is the total antithesis of Clark. Klaus is the quiet one, a little more introverted, intellectual, and perceptive, whereas Clark is the loud one, outgoing, athletic, and clumsy as hell. They look the same because they are identical twins obviously, yet there is a distinction. Clark does not wear glasses, but Klaus does because of his poor vision.
