I had no idea she was even connected to this world outside the Moonbeam Pack. I tried to avoid her, but before I could turn away, she stepped into my path. “Well, well, well.” She sneered. “Look who’s playing dress up.” I clenched my fists at my sides, willing myself to stay calm. “I don’t know you,” I said, my voice steady. “Please excuse me.” Her lip curled into a cruel smile. “Oh, don’t pretend like you don’t remember me, Rowena. The rejected Luna. The murderer.”

I crashed hard into a set of medieval sculpture but there was no time to wince or even register the pain that shot through every inch of my body. I could hear him coming at me again. I maneuvred quickly and wrapped my palms around a cast iron spear that had come undone from the sculpture. With one swift movement, I whacked him clean on the temple, sending him flying but not far enough. He was running back at me again like a rabid dog on steroids and I retracted my claws as I growled loudly. “You’re dead Xaden!” He shrieked. “Hope you’re prepared to lose your life?!”

The crowd erupted into applause and howls. Xander and Xavier POV “Our Mates looked so beautiful, even in there simple summer dresses they looked ravishing”, Xander thought to himself. He was so proud of his mates and Kade kept howling in his head when they were crowned. He knew that his little Luna’s were going to crown him and his brother and as soon as they did he and Xavier got down onto one knee.

Dominic gently patted her back, loving her by giving her kisses until Rose could calm down. He knew she was shaken and he would do anything to calm her down. Seeing her pecking his lips only had him chuckle as it felt like a pleasant tickle on his lips. A knock then resounded from their room where slowly Starvos made his appearance into the room. His shirt was donned in his black knight uniform that made him appear no different than the inky black crow that she had seen with Mona. But his sharp eyes was a breathe of the wind to her dark appearance.

Damien tosses them aside as he takes off after Xavier. Xavier's beautiful light brown body was littered with claw marks. The Alpha looked back over his shoulder terrified as his little mate chased him with something shiny in his hand. Xavier stopped on the other side of the fire pit, his legs open, ready to dart in either direction. Damien slid to a stop while holding a scalpel. The Alpha still isn't sure where in the hell it came from.

"You wanna die.... Ehn.... You think you can just die, what about your parents, me, your company." He didn't move, he just stand there, still, staring at me.... While I try to control my emotions. With a growl, I lunge forward, straight at the alpha. Kara screams. “No!” Alpha Xenon turns fast. Too fast. His hand closes around my neck before he lifts me off the ground like I weigh nothing. My legs kick. My vision blurs. Everything burns. “Foolish,” Xenon murmurs. And then— Boom. A gust of wind slams into him like a cannon. It knocks him clean off his feet. His grip loosens. I crash to the ground, gasping for breath, coughing hard. He lands on his side, stunned, fury flashing across his perfect face.

”, he said with a large grin and brought it down on X’s head. “Yes, I agree, it does make me weak.” X said , catching the blade with his hand. “But, do not make the mistake of thinking that I’m weaker than you.” The dagger broke in his hand and X snapped his hand, sending us back to a different location that I had never seen before, buy seemed oddly familiar. I quickly found what made it seem so familiar, which was the eerie blue star, only this time, it was much bigger, extending from the horizon and taking up more than half of the sky. It also seemed to shift very quickly, like a storm. The more I looked at it, the more it seemed less like a star.

I breathe out, my vision flickering slightly. Xavier pulls the knife back, breathing hard, eyes wild. “Let’s see you fight now,” he spits, raising it again. No. Not happening. The first one was unaware, but I can't let him stab me again. As he lunges, I catch his wrist and then twist hard. A sickening crack splits through the air and Xavier screams out in pain. The knife slips from his hand, clattering to the wet ground. I don’t hesitate. I drive my knee into his stomach, sending him collapsing forward.
