I took the tablet from the nightstand and dove into the latest episode of my favorite series. Walter was glued to his phone, fingers flying as he texted away, probably chatting with someone. Out of nowhere, a message alert flashed on the tablet. Curious, I tapped it. Oops. It seemed Walter's messenger was still logged in. [Walter, you're the best at picking out treats. It's been ages since I've had pastries this good.] [The place was packed. You really went out of your way.] Walter shot me a quick look, still typing like a man on a mission.

Conrad and Connor did the same. They were in such a scene when the humans returned to their senses. They were shocked to see five men who they believed as monsters and so they began shooting again. "I forgot, the spell was just for five minutes." Hunter chuckled before holding Akira and teleporting to a safer place, still inside the warehouse. "This is kind of fun!" Conrad and Connor yelled gleefully while leaping forward to attack the men. Melissa was more excited than them. She turned into her human-like figure and attacked the men.

He asked himself, staring into his father's face. Another man enters, scary but better than the giant. He looks around and then smiles. "Alpha Clinmim, these are the last humans alive, what should I do with them?" The giant asks, his voice shaking the entire room.

"That was an automated release from the Continental Defense Network. A human military frequency. It was generated by human emergency protocols analyzing human populations." A soft murmur rippled through the group. Kenny slowly blinked, his brow furrowing as he processed the words. "Human bodies are fragile," Alexander continued, his voice steadying, filling the room with a magnetic weight that demanded attention. "They break easily, they panic quickly, and their systems collapse when their central grid fails. But we are not humans. We are Werewolves." He paused, letting the word ring through the dim room.

She believed what she saying. But there was no doubt in my mind she was completely insane.
