The place screamed luxury, elegance, and wealth. “This is your room, Gerthel. You will stay here from now on.” Gab said before he left her alone in the room. Just like the other part of the mansion, the room assigned to her, was big and luxurious, starting from the carpeted floor, the vanity mirror, the side table with a golden lamp, and the bed, which looks like a Queen’s bed.

Lilypads float along the water’s surface with beautiful pink flowers; it’s the most enchanting thing I’ve ever seen! The woman carries me down the carpeted path, over the pond and up a few small steps where a large round king-size bed resides on a raised platform. Three layers of curtains are pulled back exposing the bed. The first curtain is red and gold, then a gold curtain and then one made with gold lace. A curtain of beads surrounds the bed and I have to admit, the bed also looks gorgeous. Plush white, silk covers and white silk pillows against an ornate gold headboard that depicts a majestic golden snake.

Lily opened them, revealing a room that took my breath away. The bedroom was enormous, far larger than any I had ever seen. The walls were painted in soft, calming hues, and the furnishings were both elegant and comfortable. A king-sized bed dominated the center of the room, its headboard upholstered in rich, deep blue velvet. The bed was made up with luxurious linens, a combination of crisp white sheets and a thick, sumptuous duvet. Piles of pillows added an inviting touch, making it look like the perfect place to collapse and let the world fade away.

I said as I placed my head on Tanner's shoulder. "That would be nice; thank you, Kaysen. That would be good for us both. How about this one, you can adjust the firmness, and it's adjustable, which would be good for you when you get further into your pregnancy? Blaze and Lyra got a bed like this one when she was pregnant with Christopher and Adelaide," Tanner said as he pointed out the items on the screen to me.
