DANGEROUSLY WANTED: The criminal next-door

DANGEROUSLY WANTED: The criminal next-door

Or at the lobby. We succeeded in getting to the laundry room that was at the lobby without meeting him. As expected, my landlord was nowhere to be found. I better not see him anytime soon. "you look like you could kill someone" The detective said as I watch the machine swerve and roll the clothes dumped In it to be washed. "I do hope it isn't me" He continued.

MARRIED TO MY FATHER'S KILLER

MARRIED TO MY FATHER'S KILLER

She had the prepaid phone to her ear before the door closed behind them. Daniel answered immediately. "I'm two streets over," he said. "Keep moving. Away from the diner. Away from anything the street can see." He gave her a direction. She took it. Joseph beside her. Neither of them speaking. Their breath visible in the November cold. The city around them doing what it always did regardless of what was happening inside it. They walked fast. The laundromat was still open. Twenty four hours because laundry didn't observe a schedule. The fluorescent warmth of it visible from the street.

Rejected By My Alpha, Claimed By The Ruthless Billionaire

The tears had been silent, the kind that leak out when your body finally stops holding the dam together. "It was called Suds & Duds," she said, and her voice came out thin, almost unrecognizable. "On the corner of Crescent and Third. I picked it because it was open twenty-four hours, and the dryers had a vent that blew warm air if you sat close enough." His hand stilled on her arm. Just for a second. Then it resumed its path.

My cursed Lycan mate

My cursed Lycan mate

" Part two. Ella. What do you have in mind for the twenty five or so people you have employed. Do you have some sort of business in mind?" "Yes. I saw Jason had that paper that he wanted me to sign. It had a brilliant idea. The town doesn't have a carwash like back home. We could open one up with those big machinery that wash the cars and have a few people to work that while next door could have a takeaway and a laundromat. It could be like the new chill spot for people. Imagine, washing your car and getting a bite to eat, meeting the people in the community. Making friends. People washing their clothing, meeting other people." Ella said excitedly. " I know it's his idea but I just pimped it

Selene's Chosen Queen

Selene's Chosen Queen

I grab the second basket and he leads me down to the laundry room. “I know we didn’t get it all done, I’m sorry, but we need to get going.” I nod as I place the basket on the same table Ash set his down on. There are 6 massive commercial washers with 6 commercial gas driers. Cupboards and counters all the way around, with ironing boards against a wall, and tables in the center of the room. Ash gently grabs my hand and pulls me to the door. “Nickle for your thoughts?” “Nickle?”

The Lust Journal

Bit back a yelp, rolled out onto concrete. Basement laundry was huge: washers growling, dryers thumping, steam thick, bleach and softener and metal in the air. No people—robots folded clothes, conveyor belts zipped stacks into plastic. Uniform rack nearby: black pants, white shirt, tag “M. Torres.” Close enough. Pants loose, shirt starched stiff, shoes half-size big but better than nothing. Key ring on hook: SERVICE VEHICLES—ROVER #2. Grabbed it, metal cold. Service door out back to gravel path behind the kitchen, pampas grass hiding it from the house. Ocean louder, tide climbing, waves clawing the cliff. Salt and pine sharp, sky turning bruise-purple. Checked burner: 17:29. Thirteen minutes

Lucky. The laundry room was stuffed with machines. Ten of them. My little guide explained everything – detergents, softeners, special cycles for delicate fabrics, blah blah blah. “So, all the machines have built-in dryers. Every once in a while someone brings in something super delicate, and those we dry on the racks instead. But honestly, that almost never happens – we’ve only got two racks, which tells you how rare it is.” She explained in her soft and chirpy voice.

Aria's Choice

Aria's Choice

I do not know what I’m going to do! I toss my phone on the couch and grab the dirty laundry, “Pretty soon I’ll have to wash these by hand because I’ll need the money.” I mumble aloud. I make sure I have my house key and then head downstairs to the basement where the laundry room is. I hate coming down here because it is so creepy. A single bulb that hangs down from the middle of the ceiling is the only lighting. It’s not even an LED one, at least those are a little brighter than the cheap ones the manager uses. Trying to hurry so I can get out of here, I throw all my clothes in one of the machines and insert the coins. Just as I’m about to start it, I remember that I didn’t empty out my pock

Great book with great characters. Lots of twists. Definitely another great book from Stacy Rush! Loved this one almost as much as her book My Bully’s Love. Sad to see this one end but it was well worth the wait and heartache in some scenes. Cannot wait for the next book from Stacy!

Best book ever! A roller coaster of emotions throughout, suspense and drama to keep you interested. Such a talented writer that no doubt has a great future. I can not wait to see what the future holds in the books written by this author.

Claimed By My Stepbrother

Claimed By My Stepbrother

About the shirt I was currently wearing that still smelled exactly like him no matter how many times I tried to pretend it didn’t. I shook my head like that would somehow clear the thoughts away, and made my way to the laundry room. It was this tiny, oddly warm space tucked near the back of the house, probably forgotten by most of the staff. I kicked the door open gently with my foot and stepped inside. The air smelled like detergent and clean linen, thank God. It was a safe zone. No suspicious smells. Just peace and the quiet hum of the dryer still spinning from someone else’s load. I set the basket down and started loading the “safe” clothes into the washer, cranking the dial and adding de

His Maid

His Maid

My maid uniform smelt awful from all the sweat and different things that had poured on it, but all of my clothes were even worse because I had not taken any time to sort out my laundry. There were washing machines available in the basement for everyone in the apartment to use, but Adam was too much of a cheap man, and all of us had to cough up a few cents in order to use them, which was as good as driving your dirty laundry to some laundromat in town and getting it done there. Also, there had been cases of a few people complaining that their clothes disappeared from the washing machines only for Adam to sell them on the side. So, I had no choice but to pack my dirty clothes into my tote bag
