Not far from the bed is a light switch, so I take a few steady steps toward it and flick it on. The the light is so bright, I'm blinded for a couple moments, but when I can actually bare the light, I notice a door a few feet away. Suddenly they all hear the sound of the car and immediately understood. They all went to switch off the lights to gives surprise to Emily. When Emily and Ryan get off from the car they saw all the mansion lights are off. "Ryan is there is a light cut in this area, why there is no light in the home?" Emily asked cutely.

' I wondered, feeling the weight of my broken heart. It turned out that Darren's obsession with cleanliness only kicked in when he was around me. I could still feel the dull pain of the wolf inside, but I managed to smile at Darren weakly. "Is the Luna crowning ceremony still on for tomorrow?" I gave a small nod and handed him a pile of papers. "Sign this, will you?"

It hurt so badly that I broke out in cold sweat and pulled myself into a fetal position, shivering hard under my blankets. I thought of getting something to drink and got up, carelessly making my way downstairs to the kitchen. The lights in the living room weren't turned on. However, I caught sight of a dark figure sitting on the couch in the darkness. It was Leonard. He sat on the couch without moving a muscle. He was holding a cigarette between his fingers, the faint glow flickering in the dark. I didn't dare to make a sound and thought of retreating as quietly as possible. "Since you're already up, you might as well come over."

"Tonight marks your true beginning." Theodore's grip on Clover's arm tightens imperceptibly. He's gambled everything on this night going according to his plans, yet the Alpha's cryptic words send a chill of foreboding through him. Amelia cried out in pain, her eyes briefly losing all light. Panic set in as she screamed, "Samuel! Samuel, what's happening?! I can't see anything, I'm blind…" Without hesitation, Samuel dove into the lake and saved my mother. He tried to revive her with all he could do, but she showed no signs of life. Meanwhile, Amelia scrambled to her feet. Guided by the dim light, she zeroed in on Samuel. Her eyes were wild with fury as she hissed, "You're going to pay with your life!"

The light is so bright and sharp, capable of piercing through the strongest element. Damon is swift enough to quickly push me away before bending down backward slowly and evading the attack of the light that flashed in between us.
