I reach for my phone and command the room's smart system to play a soothing sleeping melody. The room is gradually bathed in a soft, calming glow as the lights dim to a warm ambiance. I slip on a pair of earphones, the music's gentle notes filling my ears, attempting to drown out the noise in my mind. I lie back down, my eyes closing as I focus on the melody, trying to find that elusive peace. As the music weaves its way around me, I let go, letting my mind drift, my thoughts ebbing away like waves on a distant shore. Sleep slowly beckons, and despite the turmoil, exhaustion pulls me under, and I begin to succumb to its embrace.

We had our clothes and some mementos from the few times we had splurged to go skiing. When we were finished for the night we decided to get some rest, because it would be a busy morning. I laid in my bed thinking of all the things I have learned today and all the things yet to come. I couldn’t sleep, I was wide awake. So what do I do when I can’t sleep? Pajama time.” Of course we all laugh and joke around for a few more minutes until we are finally able to sleep.

It was now three o'clock in the morning. Sarah wanted to get out of bed to get a drink of water. But she couldn't move. Leon's hand rested on Sarah's body. Leon was fast asleep but still holding Sarah in his lap. Sarah didn't push Leon away, she still let him hold her. After such a long day, Sarah and Leon were both tired, and they needed time to rest. After a while, Herzl yawns and snuggles a little closer to his mother. “Are you getting sleepy, big guy?” Lisa asked slowly, smiling at her son. “Yes, mom. A little.” he nodded in reply. Lisa switched the television off, dropping the remote on the table before them. “How about we head to bed, then? It's getting late, and we both need our rest. Tomorrow is a big day.” She said in suggestion.
