Lets Talk About Kevin Novels & Stories

Luciana cried out and left the office cursing and sobbing. "She's such a pain," Alex laughed and began looking through the files he brought with him. They had an important meeting today. "Do you think we should make a deal with the Millers?" An odd silence met Alex and he looked up to see Kevin but he seemed to be lost in some deep thoughts, his eyes looking out of the window. "What are you doing up there?" "Waiting for someone," replied Kevin and an alluring smile appeared on his lips once he saw her petite figure standing near the huge gate of Smith's empire. She's here.

So, I sat down too, but a little far away from him. “Aiv, promise me you won’t hate me when I tell you this.” Kevin said in a calm manner. It was as if he was mentally preparing himself for what he was about to say. I nodded. “I….I’m not who you think I am. I’m different from all of you.” Kevin said. What is this guy talking about? “I mean of course everyone’s different. We’re all born different. For god’s sake, even the twins have unlike traits and personalities!” I said, rolling my eyes. Is he trying to change the topic?

Kevin replied, his tone dismissive. "Oh?" I snapped, pissed off this turned into a critique of me. "What's the big deal? It's not like he can do anything to me for talking. Maybe he should toughen up if he's going to survive in the pack. If he can't handle a little bad press, then that's his problem, not mine." I stared at him in disbelief,"You don't even know Conan!" Kevin shrugged, as if it didn't matter. "He's just one of those people, you know? The kind who's asking for trouble just by existing. It's like he wants people to pick on him or something."

She wanted to speak to him about something. Kevin noticed her by the door and put his work aside. He patted his lap and said, "Come here." Karen did as he said. She sat on his lap, raised her head slightly, and looked at him. "Kevin, let's have a talk." Kevin asked, "Well, what do you want to talk about?" "Let's talk about those people who are looking for trouble with us, talk about Little Karen, talk about her Brother Lionel..." There were a lot of things that she had in mind and so many more that she could not even remember.

Kevin was clean-shaven and smelled of fresh cut grass. “Hello, you must be Kevin.” I said as I extended my hand to him. “Yes, Luna. I am Kevin McClaren. Is everything ok? Should I be nervous?” “No. Why would you be nervous?” “I’ve seen you kill a lot of wolves over the last few days. Don’t get me wrong, they’ve all deserved death for their betrayals. It appears that every time you call for a wolf to talk to you, they are carried out.” Kevin replied while maintaining his gaze on his shoes.

Kevin interrupted, making us turn our faces to him in surprise. "No… Wait, since Kiera is awake, I want to talk to her about something," I said, catching Kevin's attention. "It's important," I added, looking at Kiera with a serious expression. "Well… What do you talk about?" Kevin asked, his curiosity piqued. "I want you to work for me," I said, my tone confident. "I have a proposition that I think you'll be interested in." Kevin's eyebrows shot up in surprise, clearly intrigued by my offer.

Now it was my turn to be smug. Hearing this, Kairo rolled his eyes so hard they practically disappeared into his head. I stared at the minimalist profile picture for “Kevin Keane.” I’d heard he was a mercenary who worked overseas. Even Brother Evan calls him a big shot, I thought. Just how incredible must he be?

At this time, I can only think of one lady. “Oh, lest I forget, now that you're here, I'm sure we'll all have a great time together.” “What are you talking about?” Kevin grinned, licking his lips. There's only one reason for him to act this way. “Don't tell me you'll be having a girl over?” “Well, you're right about that, but it's not just any woman.” I creased my brow, wondering why Kevin seemed kinda serious about the girl he's talking about. “Wait, you finally found someone for keeps.”

But before that, he took the time to just make small talk to Reno who was cleaning the bathroom. “Ren, wait a minute, I want to talk to Nathan and Jonathan first. Later when it’s finished, we will follow. Okay,” Kevin said. Reno nodded, “Yes, Kevin. It’s okay,” Reno replied as he continued to work. Kevin immediately followed his two friends who were waiting in front. He still felt bad for Reno, for having to let him work on his own. Even after finishing all his business with Nathan, Kevin would soon follow up to help Reno with the punishment.

He changed a glass of juice and said lightly, "I'm preparing to start a family!" His words were like a cruel and cold slap across everyone's faces. Everyone's face turned pale instantly. Daniel pursed his lips, but he secretly applauded in his heart. Mr. Davis was amazing! Just a few words could silence the crowd. Both of them stopped talking. Later, a few men came over to chat and the topic revolved around investing and stocks. Watching the people chatting in front of him, Kevin's gaze turned cold. It looked like he'd been lured into a trap this night! How tiring!
