Logan Echolls Veronica Mars Novels & Stories

She countered with a smug, arrogant smile in her voice, knowing she held the power over me that I wouldn't even have accepted if I hadn't been in a violent hole a year after Charlotte had left, and the club needed the alliance. "Fuck off," I bit out instantly. Veronica laughed, "Oo, sensitive today," she mocked, her voice lowering. "It'll be nice to see her face when she realizes her big, bad Logan isn't hers anymore." "I'm not yours either," I snapped back. "Veronica, I swear to fucking God, if you say anything to her-"

Slamming her fist down, she stomped away to the darts game. It felt good to laugh. Luca leaned forward and wrapped his hand around my neck, tilting my face up. His lips smashed against him, letting me know just what he had in mind. “That! I want that!” Veronica sighed. “I need to find my mate.” Luca let me go just in time to see Grim go off. “If that is what you want.” He picked her up and tossed her off his shoulder. “See you all tomorrow!” He said without even turning around.

Logan’s POV: I was dreaming again, caught in the haze of memories that haunted me every night. The scent of jasmine filled the air, and I found myself back in the forest, under the moonlight. Makayla stood before me, her eyes glinting with that familiar mix of mischief and malice. "I love you, Logan," she whispered, her voice a seductive melody that had made my heart race once too many times.

Loki states and I watch as Veronica stares in disbelief. “But I don’t understand that.” “None of us do,” I say, my head shaking. “When we get to the waterfall, we need to look at more of what we found,” I say eyeing Veronica. “Maybe she can help fill in some gaps.” Veronica nods, tears falling from her eyes and Mia lets go of Loki, walking to her, “Veronica,” she says softly, holding out her hand, but Veronica jumps back. “Don’t touch me, Mia! They are all dead because of you…”

Veronica snorted at Logan's words, suppressing her earlier shock and replacing it with ridicule. The involvement of the Jaegers and the Pascals could have resolved the matter, but the Gores still had to be careful about their adversaries. Hearing Logan's remarks, Veronica had the urge to step forward and silence him. She thought, 'How could you say that? What can you do against them? You're only making a fool of yourself! You should have walked away while you had the upper hand, but you had to open your big mouth!' Josh suddenly felt worried and inwardly cursed.

"And Rowan is a traitor who attacked my mate and my newborn child. He is stripped of his title, his rank, and his place in this pack." A murmur went through the crowd. "And who is she?" Vance asked, pointing a trembling finger at me. "She is a human-born rogue who brought chaos to our doors." Zephyr took a sharp step forward, his eyes flashing brilliant gold for a fraction of a second. The temperature around us seemed to drop instantly. "She is Veronica. She fought by my side. She bled for this pack, shifted when her life was on the line, and she bore the next heir of the Silver Moon pack. She is your Luna."

He sidestepped the attack with surprising agility, a smirk playing on his lips. "You talk too much, Greyson," Viktor snarled. "Perhaps you're right," Greyson conceded, his tone shifting. "Less talking, then?" A chilling grin stretched across his face. "Come out, boys," he bellowed. "It's time to play." My blood ran cold. From the shadows around the room, hulking figures emerged. Thirty pairs of eyes, glowing an unnatural red, locked onto us. They were Lycans, their primal power radiating off them in suffocating waves.

Marigold blushes as she shakes his hand. “Marigold Correl, daughter of the previous Beta of Evergreen. And … no, I’m yet to be Luna.” Her statement raises a question in my head. I look at Logan, whose gaze is apparently still burning into my face. He puts an arm around her waist and pulls her close. These two definitely deserve each other. “I must say, it’s rather bold of you to show your face here again,” he says coldly. My dad tries to interfere. “Alpha—”

Apollo says. “Venus,” Colton is smiling, I can hear him. “She’s back. This way.” Mercury- Venus is close. The lights turn on and we are surrounded by wolves. “Shift,” Mia screams. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mercury’s POV “Oh good, more trophies!” I see Reynolds sneer. “Not today,” A Lycan I don’t know picks Reynolds up from behind. “Apollo,” Stacey whispers. “Kill them all,” Reynolds orders his rogues as he tried to get to the Lycan I assume is named Apollo.

The decision rolled through the pack like a released storm—relief, hope, cautious acceptance. But beyond the walls of the pack house, something darker was already moving. By dusk, the commons buzzed with a strange mix of peace and vigilance. Haley walked slowly with the twins, Hazel chattering about the moon carvings while Ryder clutched her hand tightly. Adam followed a careful distance behind—close enough to protect, far enough to give her space. Marcus caught Adam’s eye and gave a subtle shake of his head. “Veronica,” Marcus murmured when Adam joined him. “Sightings near the southern border. She’s not alone. Someone’s helping her.”
