I spun around in the black desk chair watching as the white walls mixed with the blur of my Colton Dixon poster and the purple of my roommates tapestry. I stopped myself staring back down at the bright pink diary laying flat on the dark wood of the desk. My mother had gotten it for me as a going away gift to "reflect on my choices while away at college" but I don't think we have the same idea of what good and bad decisions are anymore. I opened the cover revealing the thin gray lines running down the first page and grabbed a pen from the cup on the left hand side of the desk.

With trembling hands, I approached it, my fingers brushing against the rough wood. With a creak, I lifted the lid, revealing a treasure trove of forgotten memories. Among the yellowed pages and faded photographs, my gaze landed on a leather-bound diary. It was weathered with time, its once vibrant cover now worn and aged. I knew instinctively that this diary held the answers we had been searching for.

To her surprise, the woman in the picture bore an uncanny resemblance to herself, with exquisite features that mirrored her own. As she examined the photograph, the breeze continued its mischief, gently flipping a few more pages of the diary. Sonia's curiosity piqued further, and her eyes fell upon March 4. Reading the words inscribed, "A lovely picnic by the seaside is a perfect way to enjoy the afternoon mixed with love and fantasies..." she couldn't help but imagine the romantic scene Frank had vividly described. Engrossed in her exploration, Sonia's eyes scanned the entries until they landed on June 17. The diary's revelation struck her deeply, "Lisa wants babies but I can't give..." She

I start to write, my hand moving quickly across the paper: "Dear Diary, I did it. I spent an entire day naked, and it was the most liberating experience of my life. I felt so free, so uninhibited. I did everything naked – watched TV, ate, cleaned the house, even danced around like a fool. And you know what? It was amazing. I felt sexy and powerful and alive. I know it sounds crazy, but I think I might do it again sometime. Maybe next weekend. Wish me luck!"

I didn’t even know what was going on. “I thought Riley left?” Kalil asked. So did I. I didn’t want to talk yet because he had questions that I knew I couldn’t answer.
