Manga Book Reading Novels & Stories

I also had a claw clip holding my messy bun in place as loose strands of hair fall at the sides of my face and neck, so now I look like a normal random person and not the director of some bigshot company. The new volume of the manga I'm reading is out and I cannot wait another day longer to get it. I hope they still have at least a copy left, pleasee God, I mutter a short prayer under my breath as I swiftly make my way to the children's section of the bookstore.

said Mana. I nodded before returning to the books I was arranging in Kelly's cabinet. Mana also went out followed by Joyce who was excited about going downtown. I put back in the drawer the classical and hardbound books that I think Kelly is reading. Those are classical novels, books that make my brain bleed because of the corny words written there. I hate novels. I'd rather read comics than this kind of boring stuff. When standing up to put the last book inside, I saw a paper fall from it. I picked it up and put it back in the book but the words written there caught my attention.

“Good morning. Can I help you find anything?” Maya smiled politely. “No, thank you. Just browsing through.” The woman nodded and stepped aside. Maya flipped through books, enjoying the calmness. She wanted a martial arts book. Her eyes caught a book, but it wasn’t quite right, more fiction than technique. She put it down, scrolled, and paused at another title. Finally, she found the martial arts book she’d been searching for, and she sighed in relief. But as her hand reached to grab it, another hand reached for the same spot.

She gets back to the kitchen and saw Cannai reading a book, covered in dusty leather. “What is that dear?” she asks approaching him. “I don’t know, I just saw it here.” His eyes were locked up on the page he was reading. It seemed interesting that it caught his attention that much. Nanami lowered her head aligning on him as she narrowed her eyes to read the context. She read it silently, sentence to sentence until she finished the first paragraph. “It’s a children’s book,” she said pausing on the last word of the first paragraph. “How do you know? I don’t even understand what it means?” Cannai claimed to furrow his eyes and brows still stocked on the same page.

No need to flood my comment section with your disappointment regarding to other incomplete books. I just wanted to give a valuable piece of advice to the readers who are more into “Completed” stories and like to read them in one go that you can check the book status before reading the book. It is clearly shown in book status if it is “Ongoing” or “Completed” and you can read according to your preference. Also, if you have started reading an interesting book and you later found out that it is ongoing then you can just add it into your library and read it once it is finished. There is absolutely no need to negatively comment on ‘Author’ who is only doing her job and posting chapters regularly.

Cai Kang left for a moment to buy some food along with Ryosuke when suddenly, Cai Kang looked at the entrance of a manga store leaving Ryosuke confused. “Do you like manga?” Cai Kang has a cheerful expression on his face. “Are you kidding? I love it. Kinda my window to the outside world growing up.” He said then shoos his brother away. “Go without me. The next volume of the Purple Dawn manga finally came out and it even has a handwritten signature from Hoshino Nozomi herself. I have to read it.”

I laugh at the idea of him sitting in here reading a manga. I turn away from the shelf and run right into Jordyn. I grab my chest as my breathing accelerates, "you startled me." Jordyn laughs, "I'm sorry for scaring you. Planning to read any books?" I think on that for a moment. "Maybe," I say. I loved reading. It was one of the many escapes from my harsh reality. He surprises me by echoing my thoughts. "I used to read a lot when I was a child. It helped me escape the burden of youth. Now I read to relax and unwind. It helps distract me from my work. That and..." he trails off as he runs his fingertips inside my thigh.

Mia felt a sense of awe for the majestic view that lay before her. Walking down the aisles, she couldn't help but feel small and insignificant. She ran her fingers over the spines of the books, careful not to disturb them. The rows of books were endless, and she could spend hours just exploring the different genres and subjects. She made her way to the rare books section, and as she walked in, she was struck by the beauty of the room. The walls were adorned with intricate carvings, and the shelves were lined with leather-bound books. The room was quiet, and the only sound was the gentle rustling of pages as people perused the books.

"Every fairy tale, every myth, every legend. It's all here, waiting for you to read it." I felt a shiver of excitement. "The only rule is that you can only open the book for one hour," the man said. "When the hour is up, the book will close, and you won't be able to open it again until you find it in the library again. Do you understand?" I nodded, and I took the book in my hands. I opened it, and I was amazed by what I saw. The pages were filled with beautiful illustrations, and the words were written in a flowing script. I started to read, and I was transported to a different world.
