Translating everything in my head to english every time I need to communicate is stressful enough, reading would take twice the effort, read something in english, then translate it in my head, it didn’t seem worth the effort. Until I started reading his comics. He’s a genius. A talented one. I couldn’t get enough. With every series I read, I searched for the next one, until the bookstore I found started keeping the series I hadn’t read yet for me, all of them from him.

I wasn’t a huge comic book fan, but I enjoyed a few mangas here and there depending on the plotline they had. Berserk was probably one of my favourites, but the volumes were always bulky so I usually ordered them instead.
