The gas station is deserted when we arrive, and we get out of the truck.
“I guess the people listened to my warning,” Mason mentions. “Stay back, I’m going to ram the door.”
Mason gets into his truck and drives straight into the front door, shattering the glass. I rush forward, trying to bend the burglar bars.
“You’re wasting your time,” Mason chuckles. “This is a rogue town, remember? Everything’s wolf-proof.”
“I can squeeze through here,” Mindy sighs, bending and twisting her body past the damaged burglar bars. “Tell me what you need.”
