“Let me see him, Cassian. Please.” And then the door behind him creaked open. I froze. A massive figure stepped through, and everything inside me stopped. Leonidas. Not as I knew him. Not the man. The wolf. He was huge and towering. A beast carved from shadow and silver. Thick fur the color of midnight bled into streaks of ash at his sides. His eyes, still the same startling, wild gold, locked on mine. His eyes looked to be in so much pain but maintaining strong restrictions.

I asked they nod their head. "Will I get killed?" I asked softly. "not by us, maybe one of Ace's enemies, we just want our things from him." The other masked person said. "but what if-" I was about to say when one of the masked people fell on the floor. "Fuck!" Ricky cursed when he saw the blood coming out of his friend. He looked around, his gun in his fingers. "don't tell me you fucking called him," Ricky mumbled still looking around.

“‘This amazing.’” I finally let out a snicker. Mirasol looks like she wants to strangle both of us. Brent looks over at us as he pulls an index card from his pocket. “Here are the A.S.S. stats for the last year. Kill ratio 50%. Precision is 67% and danger is 70%.”

I kept flinching with each knock and was thankful that I had already sent Sarah to the library, hoping that she wouldn't be back anytime soon. "He is a monster," I told Roman as tears began to fall from my eyes. "I was so scared out there, but I stayed because I knew I had to be strong." I kept talking and crying before Roman pulled me into his chest for a hug. "I understand you; it's going to be fine, I promise you. I will never let him hurt you." Roman kept at it, trying to make me feel better. After staying that way and sobbing in his arms for some minutes, we finally heard retreating steps and then the sound of a car zooming off.

Anthony "I don't know, I've no idea" he replied He stretched his hands to stop her moving from her car, but that didn't work too Ari was moving closer to him but he was sniffing as he was perceiving some scent but couldn't detect it. He needed to open the door and check what was going on but couldn't because of his mask. As Ari was getting closer, the scent was increasing and Anthony started jubiliating. It was a primal, savage sound that didn’t belong to anything human, so loud it made the stone floor vibrate beneath my bare feet.

Nicky had done far worse than just bite me. I looked up and coldly stared at her. "You people are really made for each other." "What's that supposed to mean?" she snapped. "You know what it means," I said, standing up to jab my finger in her shoulder. "You're a monster who beat up my wife so badly that she was critically wounded." Then, I whipped my shaking finger around to point at Nicky. "And as for you, you're a little monster who flushed my wife's ashes down the toilet!"

Andre suddenly ran into the room holding a toy dinosaur upside down. “Why is everyone sad?” He asked. The room changed immediately as Catherine wiped her face too quickly. Lucas looked away. Mason crouched slightly toward Andre. “We’re talking.” “About monsters?” He asked That word settled too heavily, then Mason answered carefully. “No.” Andre thought about it. “Okay. But Mira stole my blanket.”

I needed to feed my monsters or there would be consequences. “Hi, handsome. Would you like some company?” I turned and saw an attractive blonde standing next to me. Perfect. I thought to myself. She wasn’t my usual but she would do. So I started my game again. Within thirty minutes she was walking out the door with me. We walked over to my car and I held the door as she climbed in. I smiled to myself as I climbed into the car and drove her to her death. This wasn’t how I wanted the night to end at least not with this woman but it would hold off my demons for now.

During the battle with the monster, Tammy got killed; while the monster was ripping him apart into its signature six parts, Alonso stabbed it from behind with his stake, and so did the others. While the monster was screaming and struggling to live, the crew ran as fast as they could and finally found themselves on an expressway that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere.
