After eating sometimes he taught me how to play chess, since he was bored and couldn't leave his room for the time being. He is a master when it comes to playing cheese, or I am just a novice that doesn't know anything about cheese. I wasn't good at it. He always won. He encouraged me and I was surprised at that,was he trying to lift my morale so I won't lose interest in playing or was he just being nice. "Use your brain more" I don't know if that's an encouragement or insult,but I tried my best and he still insulted me at times. I don't know if it's out of kindness ,but his words were never harsh, just plain and sometimes he would say it playfully.

"Congrats, do send my greetings to your father." "Will do," I promised with a smile. I walked away saying under my breath, "Will do when I see that man in hell." The game of chess is not just any old board game but it is also the game of life. You can be represented as the king, all the others are the people around you. Check mate means game over in the game but check mate in real life means your life has come to an end... Those were my father's words, the greatest chess player of all time. Too many victories to count, only 3 draws and no losses.

Father was talking to a messenger boy as I faced Gwen who was seriously thinking as she stared at the board on my desk. "The king." She responded. "Why?" I asked as I picked up the lonesome king. "Because the king determines if he ends the game or not." Gwen explained as I laughed. I sat down and placed the pieces and had all the pieces fall on their faces. Gwen came closer as I rearranged the pieces. "The most powerful piece in chess is the one who controls the flow of the game. In short, the player who wins." I responded as I used a pawn to checkmate the king.

"I like this rebellious side of you. I was starting to think you're dim-witted." "She won't kill you." He added when I remained unwaveringly quiet. "If you love her why are you doing this? Why do you white men do this? I don't understand. I'm disgusting, you constantly tell me that. I know, Mast—" He glared at me. I wouldn't dare say his name. I wouldn't. He will forever be Master William to me. "I know I'm disgusting but why do you keep doing this. I suppose it's some sort of fun sport for you all."

Black pawn moves automatically and this game seems to have an automatic opponent. I moved the rook to line 3 third white box. The rook moves to the black side line 6 third Black box. Using the rook, I kill the black pawn then the black rook move to kill my white pawn. I moved my queen to where my pawn came from. The black rook on the left side moved forward. I check my white rook, the black queen moves out. It matched my queen and it was my turn to move it then viola! I killed the most powerful piece of black chess.

Like pieces on a chess board, thinking they were making their own moves while actually following the pattern a master player had designed for them. And if they were, Alexander wasn't sure any of them would recognize the trap until it was too late.

He thought of teaching a lesson to the disrespectful guy, as he spoke, "Why not try to poke these babies?" Gabriel sensed the trouble coming from far away and she tried to cover it but the guy took his chance saying, "Do you even know who you are challenging?" Noah only smiled replying, "Let's know then, enlighten us, please." The guy only smirked at him and puffed his tight chest as he said, "Lucious's name. I am the royal forth pillar of light."
