'If it wasn't for you and Master Romario, I don't know what would have happened. Bryan might have...' Matilda's words trailed off as tears streamed down her face. I spent hours trying to comfort her, and eventually, she fell asleep. I sighed, realizing it was already night, and prepared to rest. But just as I was about to drift off, the emergency alarm blared, startling me. I hesitated for a moment, wondering whether to wake Matilda, but decided against it.

Lady Macbeth walked further into the room, while Shawn closed the door behind his back. The house looked unkempt as usual, the walls and windows are filled with dirty dust and the room smells bad —but you dare not complain in Matilda's house. "How are you doing Matilda?" Lady Macbeth asked, her eyes staring at the half-broken door of the other room by the left side of the house. Matilda is known as a crazy lady in the pack village, no one wishes to associate with her ever since she lost her husband, her child, and her sanity —they all called her a witch.

Their struggle seemed to go on forever, both of their hands shaking, until finally, Alex squeezed as hard as he could, and got Matilda to drop the knife. Matilda leaned her head back and roared, as if trying to exorcize the demon within her. Suddenly, Matilda turned and sprinted across the room. She headed right for the huge stained-glass windows, and without pausing, leapt right through them, glass shattering everywhere. Alex watched as Matilda flew out into the night, her huge wings flapping, flying as fast as she could to get away from this place. “She disappointed me," came a dark, guttural voice.

I had just returned to the pack for a break before we were to head back. I will never get over watching Maliyah use her powers. Emelda asks sharply into the darkness as Matilda’s face appears, glowing with amber light cast from the fire in the hearth. Her blue search Emelda’s face as she takes another step closer to the door Emelda’s guarding. Matilda braces herself on the doorframe and smiles… with fangs dripping with blood. She clicks her tongue, rolling her eyes to the ceiling before laughing bitterly. “You fucking fool. You should have just let her die. I thought she was dead, actually for days. Imagine my surprise when I found out that bitch was still living, holed up here in Prince Michael’s shitty little house.”

Matilda was on birth control pills so I didn't have to bother about pregnancy. "Oh fuck, I needed this after today's bore," she said, trying to catch her breath. I laid down beside her, my breath coming in short rasps. "You saw her, didn't you?" I asked, running my fingers slowly over her thighs. "Yeah, I don't like her. She seems fragile but I just don't like the aura that she exudes" Matilda turned to meet my gaze. "Well, I think it's time to get dressed. It'll start raining soon" Matilda said, standing up and dusting her body. She brought out a chiffon dress from the branch of a tree.

And a long foot staggers out before Matilda steps out of the car. My eyes widen at what I'm seeing right now. Was she.... or were my eyes really deceiving me? I stop my car midway and quickly get out. I walk towards where Matilda was and truly, she was drunk. She could barely move her feet without staggering and was holding Eddie's hand for support. “Did you have alcohol, Matilda?” I ask her but she smiles at me with her eyes dazed and heavy lided. I turn to Eddie and he nods. “Your mom took her to a club, Mr Wilson.” Eddie tells me and I blink in shock. Matilda had never been in a club before and also she never drinks anything with alcohol in it.

Matilda looked down again, her bulging eye sockets stared at the smiling Lana who was currently talking to a goblin student. No matter which world you are, discrimination is always there. Matilda zipped her mouth after seeing Maleficent, who was now lost in her deep thoughts. She understood that her Halfling friend was still adjusting to things around her so she let the latter be lost in her train of thoughts.
