The Dragons Fire Dancer

The Dragons Fire Dancer

**MATURE CONTENT WARNING** Just as she felt her body begin to relax there was a vicious knocking at the door and Rori launched herself from the tub grabbing her bathrobe on the way, “strange,” she thought, Rori couldn't remember unpacking it but put the thoughts aside as she flew to the door that was now vibrating with the banging. Rori closed the robe around her still dripping body, causing the material to stick to her every curve. She flung the door open and gasped because there stood Murdok, shirtless and breathing heavy. He looked like his soul was shaking and as she tiptoed back from the door and as he strode into the light, Rori noticed that his eyes were such a deep shade of red they

There was real telling moment in the book about child surviving abuse in this book. Then the Rori responded and reacted. You literally crawled into this little girl world. Yes even though she survived there’s still scars

Possessing My Alpha: The Silver Run Series

Possessing My Alpha: The Silver Run Series

Victor mutters, "if you could call what they have a relationship." "Whatever," Matt snarls, "it doesn't matter; she is loyal to him." A look of hurt crosses his face for the tiniest second before becoming cold and distant. I am curious to know why Matt is suddenly interested in Charity when he or Andrew has never paid attention to girls from our territory before. Still, I keep my mouth shut because this isn't the time or place for this conversation. ********************* ELLE POV

My Hockey Alpha

My Hockey Alpha

I didn’t like being down here either, but it was the best place for our pack’s HQ to reside. “He’s in here,” Matt said, gesturing to a nondescript door. “How has he been?” I asked. Matt shrugged. “Quiet. Doesn’t respond to questioning. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me or Luke.” Taking a deep breath, I pushed open the door. The burglar, a wiry guy with eyes too shifty for comfort, was sitting on the other side of a table. His eyes met mine, a flash of recognition crossing his face, and then, as quickly as it came, it vanished.

Love this story. It is thrillingly mysterious. The love and lust is palpable. Some of it seems to be written a little immaturely. Maybe that's how the character arc was supposed to relay, and we feel them mature. There are also 2 chapters that are repeated almost verbatim. Otherwise,I'd give 5 stars

This book is so good! I love how complex it is. I’ve been reading it for the past two weeks and just finished it! I’m so sad and so badly hope the author is writing more chapters as I speak! I’ve had a lot going on in my life and head and this book has been the best to help! My bf is jealous of it!

Taming Asher

Taming Asher

I told her. She let me go. Thankfully, the restroom was empty, so I turned on the faucet and began splashing water on my face. Matt came in behind me. He was the closest to me after Terry. Though, based on their dumb hierarchy, his dad ranked third among the top billionaire families, a successful and popular mechanical engineer who could fix or build almost anything related to electronics. “Are you okay, dude?” Matt asked, patting my back. Somehow, his question triggered the bile that had been forming in my throat.

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

Alec and I—and our little motorboat—are slipping away into the fog. It takes me a few moments to be able to breathe again. When I can, I look over at him. "You okay?" I ask. His expression is flat, almost like he doesn't know how to react. "I'll feel better soon." I nod. "That ... it speeds up your healing?" I hate that I can't even say what I just saw. I saw Alec tackle a man and drink his blood. Since it was a Silver Hunter, I don't feel sorry for the person, but I would be lying if I said I'm still not a little shook up.

Of Men and Monsters

Of Men and Monsters

She looked so sad and detached that I think I could have told her I was running away to join the circus and she would have nodded and told me to have fun. The attic was a furnace. I rummaged through the boxes intent on finding out what happened to the Popobawa, ignoring the dozens—maybe hundreds—of other comics. Finally, dripping with sweat and parched, the prize was mine: five more issues of “They Come Out at Night.” I put the rest of the comics neatly back into the boxes and hustled to the ladder, ever watchful for those pesky nails. As I folded the stairs away, Matt’s door opened. He looked like shit. He eyed the comics I was holding, probably hoping they were Playboys. “What are you doin

The Devil's Prey (The Devil's Knights MC Series) Book 2

She said, nodding her head. Machine sighed and shook his head. He didn’t know if he could take more. Margo’s hard glare made him pause as he pinched the bridge of his nose. He turned another page and continued reading. His eyes went wide and as he continued to read. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing. Each person was worse and worse than the one before. The crimes were nothing but heinous. He looked up at Margo with wide panicked eyes when he came to the very last person on the list.

So this is the second book to the series then right? Loved the first one even though the cliff hanger ending had me all upset wishing things for Margo and Kane could have been easier. Plus those poor kids being ripped away from Margo! Can't wait to see Bernard finally get his long awaited doom.

Just as I was about to fight them with everything I had, I suddenly heard a voice from behind. "Mom, what are you doing?" I turned around and froze. Leo stood at the entrance. He seemed completely unharmed. Who exactly was the child that got hit?

Unholy Desires (EROTICA COLLECTION)

Unholy Desires (EROTICA COLLECTION)

This was his first real case, and it felt like diving headfirst into the deep end. The file was all about Scarlett, known on the streets as Outlaw Girl. She was a big deal in the mafia world…a ruthless boss who ran protection rackets, moved serious product, and made rivals disappear without a trace. Matt flipped through the pages. Her photo stared back at him: a gorgeous redhead with long, wavy hair, sharp green eyes, and a body that could stop traffic. Full breasts, curvy hips, and a smirk that said she knew exactly what she was doing to men. “Damn,” Matt muttered under his breath.

The Lycan’s Breeder Luna

The Lycan’s Breeder Luna

Horus flipped over gracefully and stood behind the tall, large wolf that was now on its hind legs, its front legs raised in the air. Horus's long claws, the longest I'd seen in my life, grabbed Matt's furred throat while the other dug claws deep into his spine. Matt froze, his eyes wide with terror. But when he looked at me, the terror dissipated, replaced by a sense of serenity in his gaze. I could see him expressing so much with his eyes. Horus smirked at me and pulled his claws away. Matt's blood flashed before my eyes, his neck was torn open, and his spine was sticking out of its place. A blood-curdling scream escaped my lips as I collapsed to the ground, darkness taking over me.

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon this gem called 'Blind Spot' on AO3 last month, and it ruined me in the best way possible. The author nails Matt's guilt-ridden Catholic psyche while weaving Foggy's quiet longing into every interaction. It starts with post-season 3 angst—Foggy nursing Matt back to health—and builds through shared coffee cups, accidental touches, and courtroom tension that could power Manhattan. The real magic is how they preserve their iconic banter while letting unspoken things simmer.

Another standout is 'The Weight of Light'—a college AU that reimagines their law school days with stolen glances during late-night study sessions. What kills me is how Foggy notices Matt's tells (the tilt of his head when lying, how he fists his hands when overwhelmed) before Matt even realizes he's in love. The slow burn spans 30 chapters of mutual pining with zero rushed payoffs—just like Matt would agonize over.
