Matthew Riddle Harry Potter Novels & Stories

The gaps between entries got longer and longer, and he complained more and more about all the time he lost to his debilitating moods. The only thing that seemed to lift his spirits was finding a certain specialist bookseller. Matthew had continued to collect rare books on the occult, and he was always looking for book shops to sell the paper he wrote on the ancient forest. This bookseller not only took several copies of his paper, he also sold Matthew a unique grimoire by an unknown author. The grimoire fascinated Matthew, and he made notes on it in his journal. Sally couldn’t understand much of what he wrote, but she found one entry, towards the end of the journal, very interesting:

Winter in the Appalachia Kingdom is not too cold; their ancestors were good at finding a comfortable dimension for them to live in. The black ring has been a puzzle they have found the answer to. Lucia read her mother's diary; it turns out her mother told her about the black ring. After her mother discovers that Lucia is Orlan's mate, Cassie and Azzura make a ring that keeps the werewolf's scent from contaminating Lucia's. Then they asked Orlan's grandfather to give a black ring to Orlan without telling him what the function of the ring was, and it happened that Orlan's grandfather was not curious.

he asked. “My mother.” I replied. Both men waited for me to continue. “She loved riddles.” I smiled faintly despite everything. “When I was little, she would hide birthday presents behind puzzles,” I said. Antonio chuckled, “So Mrs. Raphael raised a detective.” he said. “No.” I traced the triangle again, “She raised someone who learned to stop looking at what was obvious.” I said. Matthew folded his arms, “Find the missing property.” he ordered. Antonio immediately picked up his tablet. Minutes later, his fingers froze over the screen, “Boss.”

I cannot risk Umbra or Jenny draining my magic from me or killing me to get it. I wonder if when my mother died, did she try to take her magic, only to find it was stored somewhere. My mother knew they were coming for her, but she did not fight either. She knew this would happen. My amulet is still around my neck, hanging low against my heart. I close my eyes and imagine my mother's magic. Please, mother, I need your magic to survive this. The amulet breaks free from my body, and my mother's magic spills into me. As the magic begins to take over, my chains break, and I am free.

I am still struggling to accept the possibility that these two women sitting in front of me might not be the ones hexing me after all. Yet, my mother had told me that Penny confessed to placing a spell on me to keep me compliant. Meanwhile, Isobel claims to be hundred percent certain that Penny isn't the sorcerer. I don't know who or what to believe anymore. I contemplate the glass in my hand. "Are you going to drink that?" Penny asks. I look up. She is casually sipping her club soda, eyeing me intensely over the rim of her glass. "Penny," I ask, "Did you cast spells on me?"

I was their protector, the one they were bound to listen to. But this poison wasn't anywhere being obedient. Compared to Aragon's power and strength, this toxic Ricin seemed powerful enough to let his body go numb. It was prepared using dark magic. And there had to be a human behind all these. Seeing him in that state was my weakness. But after the rejection, I thought everything ended between us. Much to my surprise, sparks were still alive. The moment I touched his forehead, I could absorb that Ricin. He wasn't dead, lying there like a vegetable. The world of poison got simulated, and it was connected to him. The worse he got, the worse my world started tearing apart. Keeping it safe was m

He smiled at his father, it was an urgent matter that he was going to attend and the main reason was that Matthew doesn't want his father to know that he can't even solve a small riddle, "Are you sure my boy?" asked his father getting up from the chair, brushing the creases on his suit, "It's ok dad I am fine" assured Matthew with a smile, his dad nodded and left holding his Luna's hand, Matthew was back to his business, he started scrolling on his phone to find the answer on the internet, many things were displayed, many kinds of animal photos with crippled bodies but none showed the exact answer, ******* Myra was enjoying her day back, playing around, collecting wildflowers, and sleeping o

Around me, the air vibrated with the faint hum of magic. Varric stepped forward, his hawk-like eyes sharp as he took in the scrolls. “The riddles have spoken. The truth cannot be altered. Serena—passed. Giselle—passed. Aria—passed.” His gaze shifted, cold and merciless. “Matilda—failed.” Gasps rippled through the hall. Matilda let out a guttural snarl, her hands trembling as she dropped the useless parchment. Rage burned in her eyes as she glared at me like it was my fault, like my success was her humiliation.

Serenity asks him as she continues to do her work, taking out the pills Harry had to take, handing them over to him and watched as he cringed but took them anyways and gulping them down with water she handed him. "You know me, I wouldn't spill anything" Matthew says, while mimicking to lock his mouth and throw away the key. "See...Not bad right?!" She asks rhetorically. "As long as I get my cookies" Harry grumbles under his breath, Serenity pats him in the shoulder. "Don't worry Harry, I'll make sure you get your batch of cookies." Matthew says causing Serenity to shake her head side to side in a 'No'. "Hey, who said anything about a batch of cookies? I meant one." She starts to protest only
