The man rubbed his palms together excitedly and was getting prepared to fight. James looked at the man who appeared. He recognized the man from reading the records on the martial artist forum. His name was Matias. After appearing on Earth, he headed to Japura to rescue Xain and caused a massacre there, killing hundreds of thousands of humans. He had no mercy, and his hands were covered with blood. Seeing this person, James boiled with anger, and a murderous intent rose in his heart. He clenched his fists together and stared at Matias, saying coldly, “Matias Judah, right?”

Even McKenzie held her breath. “I have a young man here who says his name is Will Materson the Third. And he’s got quite a—did I stutter? I don’t remember stuttering. Yes, Will Masterson the Third. Yeah, no shit he’s got a price on his head. Of course, Milton’s okay. You don’t think I’d risk our son’s life on purpose, do you?” she went on. I remember briefly Max mentioning the names of his fallen brothers and that one stuck out as he said it. Could this be the guy? Did he really survive? Well, it looks like my perspective on Matthew has changed. I need to befriend him. He knows a lot of information about Hunter. Matthew also said that Hunter is a drug lord. Maybe he was just joking. Or maybe he was telling the truth and he just passed it off as a joke. Jokes are half-meant true. I need to gain Matthew's trust in me. It's like I have a starting point in my search for dirt on Hunter's name.

After a few minutes, they left in the ambulance, and I was left completely alone with Matteo and Matt. I walked over to the side of the gurney and sat down to observe Matt.
