For the love of racing book 1: dirty love

For the love of racing book 1: dirty love

I moved up a class 2 years ago and I was still chasing that first win. “You know it, how’s she looking” I step up next to him he is checking tire pressure. “Yup she is purring like a kitten. Let’s bring her home with a trophy tonight” “I will try my best” Pre race starts we get the drivers meeting and warm up out of the way. Strapping in for my heat race and saying a prayer is always a must. I start 6th out of 7 cars not impossible to get up to the front but it could be better.

Bound To The Cruel Alphas (SPICY)

Bound To The Cruel Alphas (SPICY)

I had no time to even process anything. Cael crouched by the central table where a rough map of standard maze layouts had been carved into wood. “Listen carefully,” he said. “The maze changes every sixty seconds. Paths close and new ones open. Somewhere inside are three crest tokens. Each token returned to center earns points. Defensive constructs guard them.” “Constructs meaning?” I asked. “Stone wolves,” Jessie said. I stared at her “Wolves?” She smiled. “Big ones.” Roran, who rarely spoke, grunted. “Hit hard too.”

LABYRINTH

LABYRINTH

Our eyes met as the door shut behind me. The maze of people that blocked my way earlier to reach room 3254 now were not such a hassle for me to surpass. This time around I just let them swallow me whole. As I reach the doors I can see Leah Meyers, the woman at the front desk, looking at me with the same hazed expression as earlier. I locked eyes with her for just a brief second, before I burst through the glass sliding doors as it opened. The weather is quite hot today, unusually hot. A strange ringing sound started to sound in my ears. How strange?

Fated Reborn, His Unwanted Mate

Fated Reborn, His Unwanted Mate

Sebastian's POV As I stepped into the Moonlit Maze of Reflections, I knew I was in for a serious challenge. The air was thick with an eerie fog, and the polished silver stone walls stretched on forever. All around me, faint, whispering voices tried to distract me from my goal. I knew that this maze was designed not just to test my strength, but to trick my mind. I began to navigate the maze with my senses on high alert. Almost immediately, it became clear that this was no ordinary obstacle course. The mirror illusions were so clever that I found myself turning in circles, unsure which path was real. Time was ticking away, and every wrong turn increased my frustration.

The Rogue’s Luna

The Rogue’s Luna

Instead, a tall maze of steel and vines stood at the center, stretching into the trees beyond. A trial of instinct and survival. The rules were simple. Find your way out before sundown. No weapons. No help. The catch? You weren’t alone in the maze. Mara touched my arm before I stepped forward. “This isn’t about speed. It’s about endurance.” I nodded, tightening my ponytail. “I’ve got both.” She smiled. “Then go show them what a rogue can do.” I entered the maze last. The second I stepped in, the shadows swallowed everything. The air was thicker here, laced with magic or memory—I couldn’t tell.

This is one of my favorite stories on GN. It’s been such a nerve-wrecking and engaging read. I will wholeheartedly miss Dalvin :”) Thank you, Author. An epilogue would be lovely if you ever consider it.

Born To Race, Bred To Fall

Born To Race, Bred To Fall

"Welcome to the Gauntlet Run. Racers will navigate a three-mile course through the Ravine Sector. Only the top four finishers advance. The rest are disqualified." Disqualified. Such a clean word for what really happened. The course map appeared on the screens. Narrow pathways, collapsing bridges, and a stretch called the Killing Floor where the path split into three routes. According to Ash's intel, only one route was safe. The other two led straight into traps designed to look like accidents. I touched my helmet, feeling the tiny camera Juno had installed. It was active. Recording. "Racers, take your positions." I moved to the starting line. A girl next to me was shaking so badly I could he

As they approached a precarious bend in the drive that led to the final stretch toward the house, he slammed on his brakes. “There’s a crater in the middle of this drive the size of a meteorite. The race is off. I can’t believe I raced against a horse to begin with,” the driver said, more to himself than to Brandon. Brandon reached to steady his bandaged head as he jolted across the seat. His dark scowl looked menacing as he glowered at the driver. The driver guiltily cleared his throat as he watched Brandon through his rear-view mirror and somberly focused on easing the cab around the large pot holes in the drive. They finished the remaining distance in silence.

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

You either died or killed whoever was controlling the chips. “El, show him the diaries, I have to go see someone.” I was only half there, my mind someplace else, so my words were mumbled and strained. I couldn’t let Kellen die. No, the moon goddess could not be that cruel. I ran out of the library, rushing through the corridors so fast that my hair had come unpinned and was wildly flying behind me. The book was grasped in one hand while the other lifted my long lemon tunic dress so I wouldn’t trip on it while I was running.

Traci Williams
There is too much to write about this story to write a review in 300 characters. I highly recommend this book, but start with the Delta’s Daughter if you haven’t already started there. Stout had me on a roller coaster of feelings with this one. I can’t wait to read the next one!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.
