We have the rest of today, Wednesday and Thursday to ourselves before he leaves for London. He replies with a sad face emoji and I send a ton of love eyed and love emojis. I smiled back at her and moved forward to touch her curly brown hair. “I don’t think I’ll be staying that long. But I’d make it up to you.”

Don’t scare her off with your brooding face pls. I stared at the screen, then typed back a simple reply. Me: Looking forward to meeting her. I’ll tell the staff to get the rooms ready.
